본 고안은 별도의 클립이나 밴드를 사용하지 않고 온수관을 간단용이하게 배관하고 온수관의 방사열이 바닥면에 고르게 확산되도록 하여 난방효율을 향상시킨 온수관 고정용 조립식 패널에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel for fixing a hot water pipe, which easily pipes a hot water pipe without using a separate clip or band and improves heating efficiency by allowing the radiant heat of the hot water pipe to be evenly spread on the floor.
종래의 온수관식 온돌난방은 온수관을 바닥에 설치하는 작업에 있어서, 바닥에 단열재를 깔고 그 위에 온수관을 일정 간격으로 배관한후 시멘트 몰탈로 양생하는 방법이 널리 사용되었으나, 이는 온수관의 열이 확산되는 공간부가 전혀 없고 열전도율이 낮은 시멘트몰탈로 양생되어 있으므로 온수관의 직상부는 온도가 높으나 온수관과 온수관 사이의 중간지점은 온도가 낮아 바닥면의 온도가 균일하지 못할뿐 아니라 온수관이 노후되거나 파일될 경우 바닥의 시멘트 몰탈층을 깨어낸후 온수관을 교체하고 다시 시멘트 몰탈로 양생하는 등의 많은 시간과 경제적 손실이 불가피한 문제점이 있었으며, 패널 하부의 온수관을 클립이나 밴드로 고정하고 온수관 양측에 공간부를 형성하여 난방효율을 향상시키는 방법이 있었으나 이 또한 온수관을 고정하는 배관 작업의 어려움과 많은 시간을 필요로 하는 단점이 있었다.Conventional hot water pipe-type ondol heating has been widely used in the process of installing a hot water pipe on the floor, laying a heat insulating material on the floor and piping the hot water pipe on the floor at regular intervals, and curing it with cement mortar.
