Claims (4)

1.04 내지 1.06MHz의 진동 주파수를 가지고 수정 결정으로 형성된 진동 섹션과, 전체길이가 4000㎛±200㎛인 공진자를 결정하도록 진동 섹션을 둘러싸고 있는 프레임 섹션 및, 50㎛내지 140㎛사이 범위의 프레임 섹션 및 진동 섹션사이의 횡방향 거리를 결정하는 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 공진자.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정수단은 진동 섹션 및 프레임 섹션사이에 횡방향으로 접속되어 각각의 지지 섹션의 횡방향 길이가 상기 거리를 정하는 한쌍의 지지 섹션을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 공진자.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 섹션은 한쌍의 종방향 서브 섹션을 포함하는데, 이러한 횡방향 서브 섹션은 종방향 서브 섹션의 한 단부들 사이에 접속되고, 또한 장착 섹션은 종방향 서브 섹션의 다른 단부에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 공진자.
제1항에 있어서, 일체로 에칭된 수정 결정 플레이트로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 종방향 공진자.
