본 고안은 주로 산업용 대형펌프나 저유냉크등의 배관시에있어 진동을 방지하고 지반침하등에 대한 대책용으로 쓸수 있게 한 방진용 신축이음구에 관한 것이다.The present invention mainly relates to a dustproof expansion joint that can be used for preventing vibration and preventing ground subsidence in piping of large industrial pumps or low oil chillers.
종래에는 통상 신축성이 없는 플랜지를 이용한 관이음을 하므로서 축방향으로나 축에 직각방향으로 온도차나 기타의 원인으로 인한 변화가 주어질 경우에 플랜지로 관이음을 한 부분이 느슨해져서 유체가 누출되어 산업재해의 원인이 되었고, 심한 경우에는 플랜지가 균열되어 파손되므로서 막대한 재산상의 피해를 입는 경우가 있었다.Conventionally, pipe joints using non-elastic flanges are used in the axial direction or at right angles to the shaft, so when the change due to temperature difference or other causes is caused, the pipe joint is loosened by the flange and fluid leaks. 그러나 벨로우즈 자체는 신축성이 양호한 반면 충격에 대한 흡수성이 없어 벨로우즈 외부로 첨부도면 제3도에서 표현한 바와 같이 보강재인 브레이드(51)를 이용하여 견고성 있게 배관을 한바, 이는 신축범위가 제한적이었고 관에 접속시키는 방법도 복잡하여 고가를 요구하게 되었으여 신축의 용량 제한에 의해 벨로우즈의 길이와 브레이드(51)가 길어져야만 되는 결과로 고가의 제작비가 소요되는 협소한 공간에서는 사용될 수 없었다.However, the bellows itself has good elasticity, but it does not absorb shock, so that the bellows is firmly piped using the braid 51, which is a reinforcing material, as shown in FIG. 3 attached to the outside of the bellows.
