The present invention relates to a magnetron cooling device of a microwave oven, which is an improvement of a magnetron cooling device using an evaporation and condensation cycle, which was filed by the applicant in 1985. In particular, a heat pipe is wound around an anode body of a magnetron. The refrigerant is returned to the evaporation part and the condensation part of the heat pipe, and the magnetron is cooled by heat exchange generated during vaporization and liquefaction of the refrigerant. As a single pipe heat pipe, the refrigerant is wound around the condensation part and the anode body. The evaporator is integrally formed to vaporize the refrigerant (H 2 O) in the evaporation unit by the high temperature of the anode body, and the vaporized refrigerant is liquefied in the condensation unit to evaporate the refrigerant liquefied by the capillary phenomenon of the wick installed on the inner wall of the heat pipe. To recover the refrigerant so that the refrigerant can flow continuously and repeatedly in a single pipe heat pipe. As to the magnetron cooling system for a microwave oven to cool the magnetron sikilsu more efficiently with a simple structure.
In the magnetron cooling device using the evaporation and condensation cycle, which the applicant has pre- filed, the supply pipe is wound around the evaporator of the heat pipe to the anode body where high heat is generated in the magnetron, and the vaporized refrigerant from the evaporator is recovered to the condenser on both sides of the evaporator. The refrigerant pipe liquefied in the condensation part is delivered to the evaporator part, and the refrigerant is continuously and continuously flowed to the evaporator part and the condensation part of the heat pipe while cooling the magnetron by heat exchange generated during vaporization or liquefaction of the refrigerant. The refrigerant circulation configuration of the pipe, that is, the refrigerant is circulated by using the supply and recovery pipes, not only complicates the configuration of the cooling device but also increases the volume of the microwave oven as the volume increases, and also increases the size of the yoke, resulting in uneven magnetic field distribution. This creates a parasitic frequency that affects the oscillation There were many problems such as going crazy.
In view of the above problems, the present invention comprises a condensation part and an evaporation part integrally formed above and below a heat pipe composed of a single pipe, and vaporize and liquefy the refrigerant of H 2 O in the heat pipe. By circulating inside and outside the liquefied refrigerant, it is possible to reduce the volume of the microwave oven by cooling it with a simple structure, and it is excellent in cooling effect and evens out the distribution of magnetron by making uniform distribution of magnetron. If it is described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.
The present invention winds the heat pipe to the anode body 2 of the magnetron 1, flows the refrigerant to the evaporation and condensation parts of the heat pipe, and cools the magnetron by heat exchange generated during vaporization and liquefaction of the refrigerant. As the heat pipe 3 of the pipe, the condenser 3-1 and the evaporator 3-2 wound around the anode body 2 are formed integrally with each other. On the inner wall of the heat pipe 3, the mesh core 4 is superimposed so that the refrigerant H 2 O liquefied in the condenser 3-1 is recovered to the evaporator 3-2 by capillary action. For reference, reference numeral 5 denotes an antenna, 6 a magnet, 7 a shield box, and 8 a yoke.
Referring to the operation and effect of the present invention configured as described above, the present invention integrates the condenser 3-1 and the evaporator 3-2 above and below the heat pipe 3 of the single tube as shown in FIG. The evaporator 3-2 is subtracted into the anode body 2 of the magnetron 1, and the condenser 3-1 has excellent heat exchange because of good ventilation in a range body (not shown). It is installed in a predetermined place, and the volume of the refrigerant, that is, H 2 O, is filled in a predetermined amount in consideration of handling and manufacturing in the heat pipe 3.
When the magnetron is operated in this state, high temperature heat is generated in the anode body 2.
The high heat generated in the anode body 2 heats the evaporator 3-2 of the heat pipe 3 winding the anode body 2 and at the same time the refrigerant H 2 in the evaporator 3-2. O) absorbs heat generated from the anode body 2 while being vaporized by high heat, and the refrigerant absorbing the heat of the anode body 2 is in the center of the heat pipe 3 tube and condensation unit (3-). The vaporized refrigerant raised to 1) and the vaporized refrigerant raised to the condensation unit 3-1 generates heat generated while being liquefied, and the liquefied refrigerant is a mesh wick 4 superimposed on the inner wall of the heat pipe 3. Capillary phenomenon is returned to the evaporator 3-2 axis.
In this way, the refrigerant is vaporized and liquefied in the heat pipe 3 of the single pipe, and the magnetron is cooled by allowing it to flow through the center and the inner circumferential wall of the pipe to cool the magnetron. Since the size of the microwave oven can be reduced and the size of the cooling device can be reduced, the size of the yoke is reduced, and the shape of the yoke is circular, and the shape of the magnetic field is uniform, thus eliminating the occurrence of parasitic frequency and oscillating. It is a useful design to improve the productability, such as to increase the effect.
