습식은충 및 이를 사용한 습식 액션레자의 제조방법

제1도는 건식법에 의해 직물을 기재(基材, substrate)로 한 종래의 합성피혁의 단면도,
제2도는 습식법에 의해 직물을 기재로 한 종래의 합성피혁의 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 기재상에 습식은충을 형성하는 공정도,
제4도는 본 발명의 기재 및 습식은충을 나타낸 단면도,
제5도는 본 발명의 습식은충과 스프리트레자(splitleather)를 결합하는 공정도,
제6도는 본 발명의 습식은충과 스프리트 레자를 결합한 상태의 습식액션레자(Action Leather)의 단면도,
제7도(가)(나)(다)(라)는 본 발명의 습식액션레자를 후 가공한 상태의 단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 나일론다우다, T/C, 폴리에스테르필름을 기재로 하여 여기에 통상의 방법으로 폴리우레탄 습식수지를 코팅하여 두께 0.1－1.0㎜의 습식은충을 형성하되 코팅에 앞서 기재에 수분처리, 이형제처리, 발수처리, 바인더처리 등의 전처리를 함으로써 20g/㎝－500g/㎝의 박리강도를 갖게 하여 습식은충 형성과정 중이나 형성된 습식은충을 타물질에 접합하는 과정중에는 박리가 일어나지 않으며, 접합 후에는 그다지 크지 않은 힘으로도 가급적 박리가 잘되는, 캐리어의 역할을 하도록 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 기재가 붙어 있는 형태의 습식은충의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 습식은충에 제1공정으로 하고, 이것을 통상의 방법으로 폴리우레탄 접착제 수지를 사용하여 스프리트레자에 접합함으로써 캐리어의 지지력으로 작업이 용이하게 접합함을 특징으로 하는 습식 액션레자의 제조방법.
