Claims (5)

  1. 전기를 발생시키는 솔라셀층(2)과, 그 솔라셀층(2) 및 접합박스(4)를 지지하는 복수의 프레임부재(5)를 구비하는 광기전 모듈(1)에 있어서, 상기 접합박스는 하나의 프레임부재(5)와 통합해서 형성되며, 절연물질로 구성된 단자블록(9)을 구비하고, 상기 하나의 프레임부재(5)내의 개구(15)와 배열해서 단자블록(9)에 배치된 개구(12)와; 상기 단자블록(9)내의 상기 개구(12)에 인접하는 상기 단자블록(9)에 배치된 전도성 단자 스트립(8)과; 상기 솔라셀층(2)에 전기적으로 연결된도선(14)과; 상기 단자 스트립과 함께 상기 도선을 상기 프레임으로부터 절연시키고, 밀봉체를 형성하기 위해 상기 개구에 채워진 전기 절연 밀봉물질과; 상기 광기전 모듈에 의해 발생된 전기를 사용하는 시스템에 상기 단자스트립이 전기적으로 연결되는 케이블(7)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기전 모듈.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접합박스(4)는 상기 케이블(7)에 대해 상기 하나의 프레임부재(5)에 있는 개구(6)를 구비하고, 그 개구(6)와 케이블(7)사이에 밀봉이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기전 모듈.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접합박스(4)는 밀봉접합박스(4)를 분해시키지 않고 어느 때나 단자 스트립(8)을 볼 수 있도록 밀봉된 투명한 커버판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기전 모듈.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 솔라셀층(2)은 상기 솔라셀층의 양면에 입사하는 햇빛으로부터 전기를 발생시키기 위해 양면으로 구성되고, 접합박스(4)는 어느면도 커버되지 않도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기전모듈.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프레임부재(5)는 장방형태이고 접합박스(4)는 보다 짧은 하나의 프레임부재(5)와 통합해서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기전 모듈.
