Claims (5)

  1. (1) 주성분으로서 70몰 %이상의 반복 단위를 갖고 수지중의 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 결정화도(밀도법에 의해 측정된 값을 나타냄) 15%이하를 갖는 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 함유수지로 주로 구성되는 성형물을 적어도 1방향으로 2 내지 5배 연신시기고, (2) 사용용매의 고화점 내지 130℃에서 용해도 매개변수(SP값) 8 내지 12를 갖는 적어도 하나의 유기용매 또는 유기용매 50중량 %이상을 함유하는 혼합 용매와 연신된 성형물을 접촉시킴으로써 연신된 성형물의 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 결정화도 증가분이 6%이상으로 될때까지 처리된 성형물을 예비 결정화시키고, (3) 성형물의 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 결정화도가 22%이상으로 될 때까지 예비결정화된 성형물을 140 내지 300℃에서 열처리하는 단계로 구성되는 방법에 의해 얻어진 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 고결정화 성형물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 0.01 내지 5mm인 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 고결정화 성형물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 두께 0.1mm의 쌤플 시이트로 측정할 때 상기 열처리에 의한 치수 변형률이 10%미만이고 내굽힘성(연신방향과 수직방향으로 굽힘)의 수가 1,000이상인 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 고결정화 성형물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 충전제를 거의 함유하지 않고 두께 0.1mm인 쌤플시이트로 측정할 때 평행광선에 대한 투과율 Tp가 20%이상인 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 고결정화 성형물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리가 응력을 가하지 않은 상태에서 실시되는 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 고결정화 성형물.
