2축 연신필름의 제조방법 및 그 장치
제1도는 본 발명에 관한 2축연신필름 제조장치의 한 실시예를 나타낸 전체 개략구성도. 제2도는 제1도에 있어서의 II 화살 확대도, 제3도는 전술한 실시예 이외의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 전체개략 구성도.

Claims (20)

  1. 환상의 압출다이(3)로부터 압출된 용융상태의 열가소성수지가 급냉하여서 되는 튜우브형상의 원단필름(A1)이 주속도가 다른 2조의 닙로울(11), (16)사이를 이송하는 동안에 가열수단을 개재하여 가열됨과 동시에 내부에 압입 밀봉된 기체의 압력에 따라 버블형상으로 되어서 동시에 2축연신하는 2축연신필름의 제조방법에 있어서, 전술한 원단필름(A1) 및/또는 2축연신필름의 두께분포가 검출됨과 동시에 그것들 각두께 분포에 대응하는 환상압출다이의 주방향온도분포 및/또는 전술한 가열수단의 주방향온도분포가 검출되어, 그것들 각 두께 분포와 온도분포의 상관관계에 따라서, 압출다이(3) 및/또는 가열수단의 주방향온도분포가 변화함에 따라 원단필름(A1) 및/또는 2축연신필름의 두께분포가 균일화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 압출다이(3) 및 가열수단은 각각의 주방향에 있어서의 가열온도가 분할제어 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 두께분포에 대응하여 주방향으로 분할제어할때의 가열조건은 가열온도가 일정한 경우에 비하여 분할제어하였을때의 단위온도당의 연신필름(B1), (B2)의 두께변화율을 나타내는 일정한 식에 따라 전술한바 측정한 두께분포로부터 연산되어, 동 연산결과에 따라서 가열의 분할제어가 자동적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 연신개시점에 공기를 분사함과 동시에, 이렇게 분사되는 공기의 분출방향과 필름 이송방향이 이루는 각도가 30도-60도로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조방법.
  5. 환상의 압출다이(3)로부터 압출된 용융상태의 열가소성수지를 급냉하여 형성하는 튜우브형상의 원단필름(A1)이 2조의 닙로울(11), (16)사이에서 가열됨과 동시에, 내부에 주입된 기체의 압력에 따라, 2축여신되는 2축연신필름에 제조장치에 있어서 전술한 압출다이의 주방향에서 온도분포가 분할제어할 수 있도록 설치된 제1가열수단 및/또는 2축연신필름의 주방향에 있어서의 온도분포가 분할제어할 수 있도록 설치된 제2가열수단과, 압축 다이로부터 압출된 원단필름의 두께분포 및/또는 2축 연신필름의 두께분포를 검출하는 수단과, 제1가열수단 및/또는 제2가열수단의 주방향온도분포를 검출하는 온도분포검출수단과, 검출된 전술한바 두께분포와 온도분포의 상관관계에 따라서 제1가열수단 및/또는 제2가열수단의 주방향에 있어서의 가열온도를 분할제어하는 제어수단등을 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 제어수단은, 측정된 온도분포와 두께분포에 따라서, 제1 및 제2가열수단의 주방향에 있어서의 적정온도분포를 연산하는 연산수단과, 연산된 전술한 온도분포에 따라서 제1 및 제2가열수단의 온도를 주방향에서 분할제어하는 온도조정지시장치등을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 제어수단에는, 원단필름의 두께분포 및 연신필름의 두께분포를 각기 기억하는 수단이 병설되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 2축연신필름의 연신개시점에 공기를 분사함과 동시에, 동 분사공기의 분출방향과, 필름이송방향이 이루는 각도가, 30-60도의 각도로된 에어링(13)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  9. 환상의 압출다이로부터 압출된 용융상태에 열가소성수지를 급냉하여 형성되는 투유브형상의 원단필름(A1)이 2조의 닙로울(11), (16)사이에서 가열됨과 동시에, 내부에 주입된 기체의 압력에 따라 2축연신되는 2축연신필름의 제조방법에 있어서, 연신필름의 폭을 검출하여 희망하는 폭보다도 클경우에는 전술한 2조의 닙로울간격이 길어지도록 한편의 닙로울을 이동하고, 연신필름의 폭이 희망하는 폭보다도 작을경우에는 전술한 2조의 닙로울 간격이 짧아지도록 한편의 닙로울을 이동하여 연신필름의 외경이 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전술한 2조의 닙로울(11), (16)간격조절은, 연신필름의 폭검출결과에 따라서 자동제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  11. 화상의 압출다이로부터 압출된 용융상태의 열가소성수지를 급냉하여 형성이 되는 튜우브형상의 원단필름이 2조의 닙로울 사이에서 가열됨과 동시에, 냅에 주입된 기체의 압력에 따라 2축연신되는 2축연신필름의 제조장치에 있어서, 연신필름의 폭을 검출하는 필름폭검출수단과, 필름폭검출수단의 검출결과에 따라서 전술한 2조의 닙로울 간격을 조정하는 이동수단등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 전술한 이동수단은 검출된 필름폭이 희망하는 값보다도 클경우에는, 2조의 닙로울 사이가 길어지도록 작동됨과 동시에 검출된 필름폭이 희망하는 값보다도 작을 경우에는 짧아지도록 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 전술한 이동수단을 필름폭검출 결과에 따라서 자동제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 전술한 이동수단은, 한편의 닙로울을 회전할 수 있도록 지지하는 브랫킷을 이송나사 축기구를 개재하는 승강시키도록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  15. 환상의 압출다이(3)로부터 압출된 용융상태의 열가소성수지를 급냉하여 형성하는 튜우브형상의 원단필름(A1)이 2조의 닙로울(11), (16)사이에서 가열됨과 동시에, 내부에 주입된 기체의 압력에 따라 2축연신한 다음, 당해 연신필름을 편평하게 접어개는 공정과, 전술한 필름의 수축개시온도 이상으로서, 필름의 융점보다 일정온도 낮은온도 이하에서 편평필름을 열처리하는 제1열처리공정과, 편평필름의 양단부를 절개하여 2장의 필름을 분리하는 공정과, 양 필름 사이에 공기를 개재시켜서 중합된 상태의 필림의 양단부를 꼭잡으면서, 필름의 융점 이하이고, 그 필름의 융점보다 일정온도만큼 낮은 온도 이상에서 필름을 열처리하는 제2열처리공정과, 제2열처리를 한다음에 필름을 당겨감는 공정과를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 제1열처리공정의 열처리온도는, 필름의 융점으로부터 30도 낮은 온도이하임을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 제2열처리공정의 열처리온도는, 필름의 융점보다 30도 낮은 온도이상임을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  18. 환상의 압출다이로부터 압출된 용융상태의 열가소성수지를 급냉하여 형성하는 관상의 원단필름이 2조의 닙로울 사이에서 가열됨과 동시에, 내부에 주입된 기체의 압력에 따라, 2축연신한 다음, 그 연신필름을 편평하게 접어개는 수단과, 편평필름을 열처리하기 위한 제1열처리 수단과, 편평필름과 영단부를 절개하여 2장의 필름으로 분리하기 위한 다듬질수단과, 양 필름 사이에 공기를 개재시키면서 양 핌름을 겹치는 수단과, 겹친상태의 필름의 양단부를 꼭잡는 수단과, 양단부가 꼭잡아진 2장의 필름을 열처리하기 위한 제2열처리수단과, 제2열처리수단에 의한 열처리를 한 필름을 감는 수단과를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2의 열처리수단은 열풍로임을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 2장으로 분리된 양 필름사이에 공기를 개재시키면서 양필름을 중합하기 위한 수단으로서 홈붙이로울을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축연신필름의 제조장치.
