Claims (17)

  1. 방염제(dye-resist agent), 염료-고착제(dye-fixing agent), 염료-보존제(dye-reserving agent), 또는 폴리아미드 섬유상에서 염색의 액상-견뢰도(wet-fastness)를 개선시키는 약제로서 유용한 술폰화 페놀-포름알데히드 축합 생성물 약5중량%-70중량%와 한가지 이상의 에틸렌형 불포화 방향족 단량체 및 말레산 무수물과의 가수분해된 중합체 약95-30중량%를 포함하는 폴리아미드 직물 기면(subsrates)에 방오성(stain resistance)을 부여하는데 유용한 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌형 불포화 방향족 단량체가 하기 일반식에 의해 나타내어지는 조성물 :
    상기식에서 R는(여기서, R1는 H-, CH3- 또는이고; R2는 H- 또는 CH3-임) 또는 CH2=CH-CH2-이고; R H 또는 CH3O-이고; R4는 H-CH3-, HO- 또는이며 R3+R4는 -CH2-O-CH2-O-CH2이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 축합 생성물의 중합체 단위의 약10-25%가 SO3 (-)라디칼을 함유하고 중합체 단위의 90-75%가 술폰 라디칼을 함유하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 축합 생성물 약15-60중량% 및 상기 가수분해된 말레산 무수물 중합체 약 85-40중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 축합 생성물내 색-형성제(color-formers)가, 수성 기재내에서 축합 생성물을 용해시키고, 슬러리 형성을 위해 용액을 산성화하고, 상분리를 일으키기 위해 슬러리를 가열시키고, 수-불용성 물질을 회수하고 수성 기재내에서 수-불용성 물질을 용해시킴으로써 제거되는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 말레산 무수물 중합체가 말레산 무수물로부터 유도된 중합체 단위당 하나 이상의 에틸렌형 중합체 방향족 단량체로부터 유도된 약1-2중합체 단위를 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 말레산 무수물 중합체의 수평균 분자량이 약 500-400인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 말레산 무수물 중합체가 알칼리 금속 수단화물의 존재하에서 가수분해되는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 말레산 무수물 중합체가 에틸렌형 불포화 방향족 단량체로부터 유도된 중합체 단위당 말레산 무수물로부터 유도된 약 하나의 중합체 단위를 함유하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌/말레산 무수물 중합체가 수산화 나트륨의 존재하에서 가수분해되는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 축합 생성물 약20중량% 및 상기 가수분해된 비닐 방향족 중합체 약80중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 축합 생성물 약50중량% 및 상기 가수분해된 비닐 방향족 중합체 약50중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
  13. 제4항에 있어서, 합성 폴리아미드 직불 기면에 방오성을 부여하기 위한 능력을 실질적으로 감소시키는데는 불충분하지만, 상기 축합 생성물의 황변을 저해하는데는 충분한 수의 상기 축합 생성물내의 유리히드록 실기가 아실화되거나 에스테르화되는 조성물.
  14. 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌형 불포화 방향족 단략체가 스티렌인 조성물.
  15. 방오성을 부여가기에 효과적인 양의 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 그위에 부착하여 갖는 폴리아미드 직물 기면.
  16. 단순 수성 제제로서 또는 수성 샴퓨 제제의 형태로 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항의 조성물의 효과적인 양을 직물 기면에 적용시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 기면에 방오성을 부여하는 방법.
  17. 단순 수성 제제로서 또는 수성 샴퓨 제제의 형태로 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항의 조성물의 효과적인 양을 깔개용 직물(carpeting)에 적용시키는 것을 포함하는, 거주지, 사무실 또는 기타 장소에 이미 설치된 상기 깔개용 직물에 방오성을 부여하는 방법.
