Claims (10)

  1. (i) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, (ii) 적어도 하나의 연쇄연장제및 (iii) 총 폴리우레탄 반응물 100부당 작용가가 적어도 2이고 분자량이 적어도 500인 폴리올 0 내지 25중량부로부터 제조된 폴루우레탄 플라스틱에 있어서, 연쇄연장제(ii) 로서 (a) 적어도 하나의 사이클로알칸 디올과 (b) 적어도 하나의 다른 연쇄연장제를 포함하는 배합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (i) 메틸렌비스(페닐 이소시아네이트), 메틸렌비스(사이클로헥실 이소시아네이트)및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택된 디이소시아네이트, (ii)(a)사이클로헥실렌 디올, 이소프로필리덴비스(사이클로헥산올) 및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택된 사이클로알칸 디올 10 내지 90중량% 및 (b) 탄소수가 2 내지 10인 지방족 디올 90 내지 10중량%를 포함하는 연쇄연장제배합물 및 (iii) 총 폴리우레탄 반응물(i), (ii)및 (iii) 100부당 작용기가 2 내지 3이고 분자량이 1000내지 6000인 폴리올 0 내지 25중량부의 반응 생성물 [여기서, (i),(iii) 및 (iii)의 비율은 이소시아네이트 그룹 대 활성 수소 그룹의 총 비가 0.95 : 1 내지 1.10 : 1의 범위가 되는 비율이다]을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-메틸렌비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)이며, 폴리올(iii)이 분자량이 2000 내지 5000인 폴리에테르 디올이고, 폴리우레탄 반응물(i),(ii) 및 (iii) 100부당 1 내지 10중량부의 비율로 존재하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 연쇄연장제배합물이 (1) 4,4'-이소프로필리덴비스(사이클로헥산올)과 1,6-헥산디올, (2) 4,4'-이소프로필리덴비스(사이클로헥산올)과 1,4-비스사이클로헥산디메탄올 및 (3) 1,4-사이클로헥산디올과 1,4-비스사이클로헥산디메탄올로부터 선택된 폴리우레탄 플라스틱
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-메틸렌비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)이고, 폴리올은 함유하지 않으며, 연쇄연장제배합물이 1,2-사이클로헥산디올과 1,4-비스사이클로헥산디메탄올을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 100부당 중합체성 내충격성 개량제3내지 30중량부를 추가로 포함하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-메틸렌비스(사이클로헥실 핵실이소시아네이트)이고, 폴리올(iii)이 분자량이 2000내지 5000이면서 (i), (ii) 및 (iii)의 100부당 1내지 10중량부의 비율로 존재하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱.
  8. 제7항 있어서. 연쇄연장제 배합물이 4,4'-이소프로피리덴비스(사이클로 헥산율)과 1,4-비스사이클로헥산디메탄올을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 연쇄연장제 배합물이 1,4-사이클로 헥산디올과 1,4-비스사이클로 헥산디메탄올을포함하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-메틸렌비스(사이클로 헥실이소시아네이트)이고, 폴리울은함유하지 않으며, 연쇄연장제 배합물이 1,2-사이클로 헥산 디올과 1,4-비스사이클로 헥산디메탄올을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 플라스틱.
