Claims (18)
- 슬로트의 한 부분을 통과하는 용융물의 질량흐름 속도를 슬로트의 나머지 부분을 통과하는 용융물의 질량흐름 속도보다 크게 하여 가소화 폴리비닐 부티랄 용융물을 슬로트를 통하여 계속해서 입력을 가해 시이트를 성형한 다음, 용융물이 슬로트로부터 계속해서 압출되는 동안 각각의 가장자리를 따라 다른 만곡율을 가지면서 실제로 균일한 두께의 만곡된 형태로 변형시키며, 질량흐름 속도가 큰곳의 슬로트를 통해 압출되는 용융물로부터 형성된 시이트 부분에 의해 가장자리가 더 큰 만곡율을 가지도록 변형시킴을 특징으로 하는 가소화 폴리비닐 부티랄 시이트의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시이트의 성형방법은 가소화 폴리비닐 부티랄의 채색된 스트리임을 슬로트 상부 용융물에 함유시켜 한면을 따라 증가하는 색도구배 밴드를 갖는 시이트를 제조하는 공정을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 채색된 스크림이 질량 흐름 속도가 낮은 슬로트로부터 압출되는 용융물로부터 성형된 시이트 부분을 형성하게 하는 용융물에 함입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시이트중 채색밴드를 포함하는 부분의 반대 부분이 곡선형으로 전방을 향해 변형됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가소성 물질의 고정을 위하여 슬로트로부터 압출된 후 시이트가 냉각조를 통과하여 지나는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 시이트가 풀 로울의 원추형 표면과 맞물림에 의해 변형됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 시이트가 냉각조 내에 있는 동안 적어도 일부분만이라도 상술한 로울에 맞물림을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 슬로트로부터 압출되는 용융물을 변형후에 더욱 큰 만곡율을 가지는 시이트의 가장자리를 항하여 용융물 흐름에 수직방향으로 두께가 점차적으로 증가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 연속적인 변형된 시이트의 가장자리와 실제적으로 평행한 세로로 만곡된 가장자리를 갖는 연속하여 변형된 시이트로부터 불연속의 중간막 구획을 연속적으로 절단하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 절단은 시이트가 전방으로 계속해서 전행함에 따라 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 시이트중 채색밴드의 측면부분을 형성하는 용융물이 채색밴드를 함유하는 시이트 부분을 형성하는 용융물의 두께보다 더 큰 두께로 열가소성 중합체 용융물을 압출시켜 시이트의 한 가장자리에서 비교적 먼곳으로부터 색강도가 다른 면을 따라 점차적으로 증가되고 상술한 한 가장자리의 측면에 위치하는 절단선에서 소실되는 색도구배밴드를 가지면서 실제적으로 평행한 가장자리를 갖는 연속적인 변형 가능한 시이트로 압출시킨 다음, (b) 성형후 더 큰 곡율의 가장자리는 더욱 큰 두께의 용융물로서 형성된 면인 각각의 면을 따라 다른 곡율을 가지지만 균일한 두께를 가지는 시이트로부터 압출방향에서 신장하는 아아치형으로 시이트를 성형하기 위해 계속되는 압출동안 다른 면보다 두께가 두꺼운 용융물로부터 형성된 부분을 포함하는 시이트부분을 신장하고, (c) 시이트를 퀀칭하여 중합체를 고정시킨 다음, (d)성형된 시이트를 절단위치로 이동시키고, (e)하나의 세로면을 따라 증가하는 상술한 색도구배 밴드를 가지는 상술한 시이트를 성형화된 사변형 구획으로 절단하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 불연속의 성형된 가소화 중간막 블랭크를 성형하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 열가소성 용융물은 가소화 폴리비닐 부티랄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, (d) 단계의 성형화된 시이트는 시이트의 아아치 형상에서 만곡율에 실제적으로 상응하는 아아치 경로를 따라 이동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 신장(stretching)은 두께가 더 큰 부근에서 압출하는 용융물으로부터 형성된 부분에 상응하는 로울의 더 큰 지름부분에서 권취(이동)되어 있는 시이트의 부분을 푸루스토-코니컬 푸울 로울 주위의 장력하에서 시이트를 권취(이동)함에 의해 일어남을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 대부분 신장된 시이트 부분을 형성하는 용융물은 신장전에 채색밴드를 함유하는 부분보다 더 큰 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상술한 블랭크를 인접한 절단위치에서 쌓는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항의 공정에 의해 성형된 형성화된 가소화물질 중간막 블랭크.
