Claims (12)
- (1) 최소한 1개의 에틸렌 비닐 알코올 공중합체층(C), 및 (2) 상기(C)층의 반대편에 위치한, 최소한 2개의 폴리 에틸레느 폴리프로필렌, 폴리(알파-메틸펜텐), 또는 에틸렌과 고급 올레핀과의 공중합체층(A)로 이루어진, 기계방향으로의 변형비 4:14-7:1 및 가로방향으로의 변형비 7:1:-10:1로 양축으로 배향된 다층 동시압출 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A)층이 (C)층의 상부, 바닥 및 측면들을 둘러싸는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 최소한 2개의 접착제층들(B)이 (C) 및 (A)층들과 인접하여 ABCBA 배위를 형성하며, (C)층의 반대편에 위치한 (B)층의표면 및 측면들이 (A)층에 의해 둘러싸인 필름.
- 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에서 있어서, (A)층이 포리프로 필렌으로 이루어진 필름.
- 전술한 항들중 어느 한 하에서, 기계 방향으로의 변형비 5:1-7:1 및 가로방향으로의 변형비 8:1-10:1 배향된 필름.
- (a)(1) 최소한 1개의 에틸렌 비닐 알코올 공중합체층 (C)과 (2)상기 (C)층이 반대편에 위치한, 최소한 2개의 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리(알파-매틸펜텐) 또는 에틸렌 고급 올레핀과의 공중합체층(A)을 동시 압출시키고, (b) 합성 시이트를 45°-55°C온도로 냉각시키고, (c) 합성 시이트를 기계방향으로의 변형비 4:1-7:1 및 가로방향으로의 변형비 7:1-약 10:1로 양축으로 배향시키는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, (A) 층이 (C)층의 상부, 바닥 및 측면들을 둘러싸는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 최소한 2개의 접착제 층(B)들이 (C) 및 (A)층들과 인접하여 ABCBA 배위를 형성하며, (C) 층의 반대편에 위치한 (B)층의 표면들 및 측면들이 (A)층에의해 둘러싸인 방법.
- 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상술한(A)층이 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기계방향으로의 변형비 5:1-7:1 및 가로방향으로 변형비 8:1-10:1로 배향된 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기계방향은 140°-150°C 온도에서 수행되고 및 가로방향은 160°-170°C온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 다층 동시압출 필름의 식료품 포장용 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
