Claims (9)

  1. 폴리아미드의 중량 평균 분자량이 최소한 약2500이고, 용액은 등방성 또는 비등방성이며, 등방성일때 칼륨 염용액이고; 용액 점도가 중합체 양성자화의 수준에 민감하며, 임의의 특수한 중합체 용액의 점도가 양성자화의 수준이 증가함에 따라 보통 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 반복 단위를 갖는 방향족 폴리아미드 음이온 염의 액체 술폰시드내 용액 :
    상기식에서, R은 R3및 R1NHCOR2에서 선택되고, R1및 R3는 독립적으로, m-페닐렌, p-페닐렌, 3,3'-비페닐렌, 3,4'-비페닐렌, 4,4'-비페닐렌 및 4,4'-디페닐렌 에테르에서 선택되며, R2는 R1및-(CH2)x-에서 선택되고, Ar은 세 라디칼 결합중 두 개가 서로 서로 가까이 있고 질소원자들에 부착된 아릴트리일이고, X는 1-10이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R3가 p-페닐렌인 용액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비등방성인 용액.
  4. 본질적으로 균질한 조성물을 갖는 것으로서, 하기 반복단위를 갖는 방향족 폴리아미드를 포함하는, 저염의 열에 안정한 물품:
    상기식에서, R은 R3및 R1NHCOR2에서 선택되고, R1및 R3는, 독립적으로, m-페닐렌, p-페닐렌, 3,3'-비페닐렌, 3,4'-비페닐렌, 4,4'-비페닐렌 및 4,4'-디페닐렌 에테르에서 선택되며, R2는 R1및-(CH2)x-에서 선택되고, Ar은 세 라디칼 결합중 두 개가 서로 서로 가까이 있고 질소원자들에 부착된 아릴트리일이고, X는 1-10이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 필름의 형태인 물품.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 섬유의 형태인 물품.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 코우팅의 형태인 물품.
  8. 하기(i), (ii)를 포함하는, 제1항에 따르는 용액으로부터의 제품의 제조방법: (i)용액으로부터 방향족 폴리아미드를 제거하고 (ii) 폴리아미드를 성형하여 본질적으로 균질한 조성물의, 저염의 열에 안정한 물품을 형성시킨다.
  9. 폴리아미드가 하기(i)-(iii) 단계중 하나에 의해 양성자화되는 정도를 다양하게 하는 것을 포함하는 제1항에 따르는 용액의 점도를 조절하는 방법 : (i) 원하는 점도를 얻기위해, 탈양성자화된 중합체를 충분한 양성자화된 중합체와 혼합함으로써 용액의 점도를 조절하는 단계; (ii) 탈양성자화된 중합체의 pka보다 낮은 pka를 갖는 산을 첨가하여 부분적으로 또는 완전히 탈양성자화된 중합체를 포함하는 용액의 점도를 낮추는 단계 ; 및 (iii) 공역산의 pka가 양성자화된 중합체의 pka보다 높은 염기를 첨가 하여 부분적으로 또는 완전히 양성자화 된 중합체를 함유하는 용액의 점도를 높이는 단계.
