본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 5 도는 본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 따른 적층형 열교환기에 대한 단면도. 제 6 도는 종래의 열교환기에 대한 부분단면도, 제 7 도는 제 6 도에 도시한 종래의 열교환기에 대한 부분측면도, 제 8 도는 본 발명자가 본 발명을 완성하려는 도중에 착상한 열교환기의 일부를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 각각의 관장치(100)가 한쌍의 판(101)을 접합부(101a)에서 접합하여 상기 판(101)의 외주부가 서로 접합됨으로서 형성되어, 액체가 유입되는 탱크부(107)와 탱크부(107)에 유입된 액체가 통과하는 관부(113)등을 형성하는데 이용되는 다수의 관장치(100)와 ; 상기 관부(113)내의 액체와 파상핀(203)을 통과하는 공기간의 열교환을 조장하기 위해 상기 관장치(100)에 접합되어 상기 관부(113)와 접속되는 다수의 파상핀(203)과 ; 접합부(101a)의 외부측에 위치하는 판(101)의 일부로서, 접합부(101a)로 부터 파상핀(103)쪽으로 연장부(101a)와 파상핀(203)간에 소정치의 간극이 형성되게 연장하는 연장부(101b)등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연장부(101a)와 파상핀(203)간의 간극은 약1mm 인것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 파상핀(203)의 외측면상에 응집된 응집수(403)를 배수하기 위해 상기 연장부(101b)의 측면과, 접합부(101a)의 외측면과 파상핀(203)의 측면내에 배수공간부(401)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 적층형 열교환기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 판(101)의 쌍은 경납땜에 의해 서로 접합되고, 파상핀(203)도 경납땜에 의해 상기 관장치(100)와 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연장부(101b)의 단부와 파상핀(203)이 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기.
