Claims (3)

  1. 강분 제조시에 그 산화물의 수소 환원이 곤란한 합금성분이, 압축성에 악영향을 주지 않는 조성 범위내에서 예비합금화되어 이루어진 물 아토마이즈 합금강분의 표면에, 전기한 합금성분보다 수소 환원이 용이한 나머지의 합금성분이 분말의 형태로, 부분적으로 확산부착되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 분말야금용 합금강분.
  2. Cr을 함유하는 예비gkq급강분입자의 표면에, Ni, Cu, Mo 및 W중에서 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 피복층을 갖는 합금강분으로서, 상기 각성분의 함유량이, Cr: 0.1-5.0wt% Ni: 0.1-10.1wt%, Cu: 0.1-10.0wt%, Mo: 0.1-5.1wt%, W:0.1-5.wt% 이고, 또한 Ni+Cu+Mo+W10.0wt%이며, 그 잔부가 O와 Fe로 이루어지고, 상기의 O의 함유량이 0.20wt%이하로 제어되는, 실질적으로 Fe의 조성으로 이루어지는 분말야금용 합금강분.
  3. Cr에 더하여, V, Nb 및 B중에서 선택되는 한 종류 또는 두 종류 이상을 함유하는 예비합금강분입자의 표면에, Ni, Cu, Mo 및 W 중에서 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 피복층을 갖는 합금강분으로서, 상기 각 성분의 함유량이, Cr: 0.1-50wt% V:0.01-0.5wt%, Nb: 0.001-0.1wt%, B: 0.0001-0.1wt%, Ni: 0.1-10.0wt%, Cu: 0.1-10.0wt%, Mo: 0.1-5.0wt%, W: 0.1-5.0wt%이고, 또한 Ni+Cu+Mo+W10.0wt%이며, 그 잔부가 O와 Fe로 이루어지고 상기의 O의 함유량이 0.20wt%이하고 제에되는, 실질적으로 Fe의 조성으로 이루어지는 분말 야금용 합금강분.
