Claims (10)

  1. 스케일 디비전을 정하는 간격을 두고 배치된 불투명 선을 갖고 있는 투명 물질의 스케일, 광 방출기, 광 검출기 및 이들 사이에 배치된 오리피스 판을 갖고 있는 엔코더 본체, 스케일의 한 면과 슬라이딩 접촉하는 4개의 지점을 제공하는, 스케일을 따르는 오리피스의 대향 측면상 및 스케일 디비전의 대향 측면에서 스케일의 한 면과 슬라이딩 접촉하는 엔코더 본체 상의 스케일 지지부, 스케일과 슬라이딩 접촉하는 2개의 지점을 제공하는, 스케일 디비전의 대향측 상의 위치 내에서 및 오리피스와 거의 일직선 내에서 스케일의 대향 면과 슬라이딩 접촉하는 엔코더 본체 상의 스케일 지지부, 및 스케일의 두께와 거의 동일하고 광선 통로내의 오리피스 판의 오리피스에 관련하여 선정된 간격을 두고 떨어진 위치 내에 스케일을 유지시키는 테이프의 대향 측면상의 스케일 지지부의 슬라이딩 접촉점들 사이의 캡으로 구성되고, 불투명 선이 길이가 스케일의 폭보다 작고, 오리피스판의 광 방출기와 광 검출기 사이의 광선 통로내에 배치된 오리피스를 갖고 있으며, 스케일이 오리피스 판에 인접한 광선 통로를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 엔코더 본체가 광 방출기를 장착시키는 공동을 갖고 있는 방출기 홀더, 광 검출기를 장착시키는 공동을 갖고 있는 검출기 홀더, 방출기 홀더 상의 가요성 암, 사이에 채널을 정하는 검출기 홀더 상의 측부재, 광선 통로내의 검출기로부터 간격을 두고 배치된 오리피스를 갖고 있는 검출기 부재 상의 오리피스 판을 배치하여 인덱싱하는 검출기 부재상의 인덱싱 장치, 검출기 부재 상의 오리피스 판을 결합시켜 클램핑하는 면을 갖고 있는 방출기 부재상의 클램핑 장치, 및 단부에 인접하고 굴곡 위치 내에 있는 방출기 부재의 암을 검출기 부재에 결합시켜 고정시키고, 엔코더 본체의 조립을 완료하며, 이동에 대항하여 오리피스 판을 고정적으로 클램핑시키기 위한 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 클램핑 장치가 이 클램핑 장치를 인덱싱하기 위한 인덱싱 장치를 결합시키는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 측 부재들이 각각 오리피스 판에 인접한 개구를 갖고 있고, 클램핑 장치가 개구내에 끼워지는 측 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 클램핑 장치의 측 부재들이 각각 인덱싱 장치를 수용하기 위해 저면을 통하는 슬롯트 개구를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 간격을 두고 배치된 불투명선의 폭이 이들 사이의 간격 보다 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 스케일 디비전의 폭이 약 0.282mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 불투명 선의 폭이 약 0.180mm이고, 불투명 선들 사이의 간격이 0.102mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 애퍼츄어 판의 애퍼츄어의 폭이 약 0.083mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 애퍼츄어 판내의 애퍼츄어의 길이가 간격을 두고 배치된 불투명 선의 길이보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 채널 엔코더.
