Claims (9)

  1. 입력된 복수의 가공공정을 통해서 소재를 소망형상으로 가공하는 NC 데이터의 작성방법에 있어서, 상기 가공공정의 순서를 나타내는 플로우챠트를 디스플레이화면에 표시하는 제 1 스텝과, 이동원의 가공공정과 그 가공공정의 이등선을 지시하므로서, 또는 직열 1병열의 정열변경 대상이 되는 가공공정을 지시하므로서 가공공정 순서를 수정하는 제 2 스텝과, 그 수정된 가공공정순서에 의거해서 NC 데이터를 작성하는 제 3 스텝을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플로우챠트에서의 가공공정을 가공면번호와 공정번호로 특정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 스텝은 플로우챠트에서 직열순으로 각 가공공정의 가공이 이루어지는 것으로 하고 NC 데이터를 작성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 스텝은 플로우챠트에서의 병열 부분의 가공공정순서를 소정의 기준에 의거 결정하고, 그 결정된 순으로 가공이 이루어지는 것으로 하고 NC 데이터를 작성함을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 병열부분의 가공공정순서를 공구교환회수가 적어지도록 결정함을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 이동원의 가공공정과 이동선을 그래픽커솔로서 지시함을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 그래픽커솔로서 지시된 가공공정의 상세한 내용을 디스플레이 화면에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 그래픽커솔의 현재 위치를 각각 이동원의 선두위치로서 지정하는 키, 이동원의 말미 위치로서 지정하는 키, 이등선의 선두위치로서 지정하는 키, 이등선의 말미위치로서 지정하는 키를 설치하고, 그 그래픽커솔과 이들 키들로서 이등원의 가공공정과 이등선을 지시함을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 그래픽커솔의 현재위치를 각각 직열/병열의 정열변경대상의 선두위치와 말미 위치로서 지정하는 키를 설치하고, 그래픽커솔과 이들 키를 직열→병열, 병열→직열로 정열변경을 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 데이터 작성방법.
