Claims (25)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그의 유기산 또는 무기산과의 염 :
    상기식에서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 또는 C1-C6시클로알켄일이고 ; R2가 C1-C6알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이며 ; R3이 C1-C8알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, 1-시클로프로필에틸 또는 C3-C5알켄일이고 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C3알콕시 또는 CF3이며 ; n이 1 내지 3의 정수이고 ; Z이 -NH-CS-NH-, -N=C(SR5)-NH- 또는 -N=C=N-이며 ; 또 R5가 C1∼C5알킬 또는 알릴임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 C3∼C7시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 C1-C4알킬 또는 시클로펜틸이며 ; R3이 C1-C4알킬 또는 C3-C5시클로알킬이고 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐 또는 C1-C3알킬이며 , n이 1 또는 2이고 ; Z이 -NH-CS-NH-, -N=C(SR5)-NH 또는 -N=C=N-이며, 또 R5이 C1-C3알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 에틸 또는 이소프로필이며 ; R3이 이소프로필, 3급부틸 또는 시클로펜틸이고 ; R4가 수소 또는 불소이며 ; n이 1 또는 2이고 ; 또 Z이 -NH-CS-NH-인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 에틸 또는 이소프로필이며 ; R3이 이소프로필, 3급부틸 또는 시클로펜틸이고 ; R4가 수소 또는 불소이며 , n이 1 또는 2이고 ; Z이 -N=C(SR5)-NH-이며 ; 또 R5가 메틸 또는 에틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 C5-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 에틸 또는 이소프로필이며 ; R3이 이소프로필, 3급부틸 또는 시클로펜틸이고 ; R4가 수소 또는 불소이며 ; n이 1 또는 2이고 ; 또 Z이 -N=C=N-인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 화합물.
  7. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 화합물.
  8. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 화합물.
  9. 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물 :
    상기식에서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이고 ; R2가 C1-C6알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이며 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C3알콕시 또는 CF3이고 ; n이 1 내지 3의 정수임.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 C1-C4알킬 또는 시클로펜틸이며 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐 또는 C1-C3알킬이고 ; n이 1 또는 2인 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, R1이 C5-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 에틸 또는 이소프로필이며 ; R4가 수소 또는 불소이고 ; n이 1 또는 2인 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 화합물.
  13. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
    상기식에서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이고 ; R2가 C1-C4알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알킬이며 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐, C1-C|4알킬, C1-C3알콕시 또는 CF3이고 ; n이 1 내지 3의 정수임.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 C1-C4알킬이며 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐 또는 C1-C3알킬이고 ; n이 1 또는 2인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, R1이 C5-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 에틸 또는 이소프로필이며 ; R4가 수소 또는 불소이고 ; n이 1 또는 2인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 화합물.
  17. A) 상압하 및 0℃ 내지 150℃ 온도 범위내에서 유기 용매 또는, 희석제중에서, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 이소티오시아네이트를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시켜 티오우레아를 수득하고 또 경우에 따라서, B) 약간 승압 또는 상압하 및 10℃ 내지 250℃의 온도 범위에서의 불활성 유기 용매중에서, 생성한 티오우레아를 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 이소티오우레아를 수득하거나, 또는 C) 생성한 티오우레아를 상압하 및 0℃ 내지 150℃ 온도 범위인 반양성자성 유기용매 또는 희석제중에서, 황화수소를 제거하는 것에 의해 카르보디이미드로 전환시키는 것으로 구성되는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    일반식(Ⅰ)중에서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이고 ; R2가 C1-C6알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄이며 ; R3이 C1-C8알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, 1-시클로프로필에틸 또는 C3-C5알켄일이고 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C3알콕시 또는 CF3이며 ; n이 1 내지 3의 정수이고 ; Z이 -NH-CS-NH-, -N=C(SR5)-NH- 또는 -N=C=N-이며 ; 또 R5가 C1∼C5알킬 또는 알릴임.
    일반식(Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ) 중에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5및 n은 정의된 바와 같고 ; 또 X는 이탈기임.
  18. 유기 염기 또는 무기 염기 존재하, 상압하 및 0℃ 내지 100℃ 온도범위의 불활성 용매 또는 희석제중에서, 하기 일반식(Ⅶl)의 페놀을 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 아닐린과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    일반식(Ⅴ)중에서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이고 ; R2가 C1-C6알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이며 , R4가 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C3알콕시 또는 CF3이고 ; n이 1 내지 3의 정수임.
    일반식(Ⅶ) 및 (Ⅵ) 중에서, R1,R2,R3및 n은 상기 정의된 바와 같고 ; 또 Ha1은 할로겐 원자임.
  19. 유기 또는 무기 염기 존재하, 상압하 및 0℃ 내지 100℃ 온도범위의 불활성 용매 또는 희석제 중에서, 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 페녹시아닐린을 티오포스겐화시키는 것으로 구성되는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의
    상기 식 중에서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이고 ; R2가 C1-C6알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이며 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐 C1-C4알킬, C1-C3알콕시 또는 CF3이고 ; n이 1 내지 3의 정수임.
  20. 적당한 담체 및/또는 보조제와 함께 활성성분으로 적어도 1개의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 유기 또는 무기산과의 염을 함유하는 농약 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이고 ; R2가 C1-C6알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄이며 ; R3이 C1-C8알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, 1-시클로프로필에틸 또는 C1-C5알켄일이고 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C3알콕시 또는 CF3이며 ; n이 1 내지 3의 정수이고 ; Z이 -NH-CS-NH-, -N=C(SR5)-NH- 또는 -N=C=N-이며 ; 또 R5가 C1∼C5알킬 또는 알릴임.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 ; R2가 C1-C|4알킬 또는 시클로펜틸 ; R3이 C1-C4알킬 또는 C3-C5시클로알킬 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐 또는 C1-C3알킬 ; n이 1 또는 2 ; Z이 -NH-CS-NH-, -N=C(SR5)-NH- 또는 -N=C=N- ; 또 R5이 C1-C|3알킬인 적어도 1개의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 활성성분으로 함유하는 농약조성물.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, R1이 C5-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 에틸 또는 이소프로필이며 , R3이 이소프로필, 3급부틸 또는 시클로펜틸이고 ; R4가 수소 또는 불소이며 ; n이 1 또는 2이고 ; 또 Z이 -NH-CS-NH-인 적어도 1개의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 활성성분으로 함유하는 농약 조성물.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, R1이 C5-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 에틸 또는 이소프로필이며 ; R3이 이소프로필, 3급부틸 또는 시클로펜틸이고 ; R4가 수소 또는 불소이며 ; n이 1 또는 2이고 ; Z이 -N=C(SR5)-NH- 이며 ; 또 R5이 메틸 또는 에틸인 적어도 1개의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 활성성분으로 함유하는 농약 조성물.
  24. 제21항에 있어서, R1이 C5-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R2가 에틸 또는 이소프로필이며 ; R3이 이소프로필, 3급부틸 또는 시클로펜틸이고 ; R4가 수소 또는 불소이며 ; n이 1 또는 2이고 ; 또 Z이 -N=C=N-인 적어도 1개의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 활성성분으로 함유하는 농약 조성물.
  25. 상이한 성장 단계의 해충을 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 유기 또는 무기산과의 염과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 동물 및 식물의 해충을 방제하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1이 C3-C7시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이고 ; R2가 C1-C6알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬 또는 C5-C6시클로알켄일이며 ; R3이 C1-C8알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, 1-시클로프로필에틸 또는 C3-C5알켄일이고 ; R4가 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C3알콕시 또는 CF3이며 ; n이 1 내지 3의 정수이고 ; Z이 -NH-CS-NH-, -N=C(SR5)-NH- 또는 -N=C=N- 이며 ;또 R5가 C1-C5알킬 또는 알릴임.
