Claims (2)

  1. 동축도파관 변환부분(5)내에 부설되는 입력동축봉(1)과 증폭회로의 일부를 구성하는 마이크로스트립선로(2)와 성능조절의 목적상 마이크로스트립선로(2)와 입력동축봉(1)간의 연결부분에 인근한 마이크로스트립선로(2)상으로부터 돌출 부설되는 가요한 금속도전체(6)로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저잡음 마이크로파 증폭회로.
  2. 성능조절의 목적상 마이크로스트립선로(2)로부터 돌출되는 가요한 금속도전체(6)가 동축도파관 변환부분(5)내의 입력동축봉(1)와 증폭회로의 일부를 구성하는 마이크로스트립선로(2)간의 연결부분 인근에 부설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저잡음 마이크로파 증폭회로.
