제1도는 모우터 및 기타 위치조절장치의 제어를 위한 본 발명에 따른 제어시스템의 개략 다이어그램이다.
Claims (5)
- 위치조절장치와 정밀위치제어 및 조절제어를 수행하는 장치에 있어서, 위치조절장치의 실제위치와 요구되는 위치를 비교하는 장치(14)와, 상기 비교장치에 의해 생성된 출력신호에 응답하는 장치(24,44)로 구성되면서, 상기 비교장치(14)는 상기 위치조절장치의 실제위치가 요구되는 위치에 대해 예정치 이상으로 차이를 가질 경우에 출력신호를 발생시켜주도록 되고, 상기 출력신호응답장치(24,44)는, 상기 위치조절장치의 최종 이동 이후 예정된 제1시주기가 경과된 경우 및 상기 최종이동방향이 요구되는 이동방향과 반대방향이었으면서 예정된 제2시주기가 경과된 경우에 상기 위치조절장치를 요구되는 방향으로 이동시켜 주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 모우터 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어성, 상기 출력신호응답장치(24,44)는 상기 위치조절장치의 최종이동방향이 요구되는 위치의 이동방향과 반대방향이었을 경우 상기 위치조절장치가 활성화되는 시간을 증가시켜주는 장치(72,12)가 추가구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모우터 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력신호응답장치(24,44)는, 상기 비교장치(14)에서 생성된 각 출력신호의 초기에 동작될 수 있도록 되어 상기 위치조절장치를 최소시주기동안 활성화시켜주도록 된 최소시주기 활성화장치가 추가 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모우터 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어성, 상기 제어장치는 상기 비교장치(14)의 출력신호가 종료된 다음 위치조절장치의 이동을 결정해주면서, 상기 예정된 제1시주기가 경과되어질 때까지 위치조절장치의 추가이동을 방지해줄 수 있도록 된 이동결정장치가 추가결정된 것을 특징으로 하는 모우터 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 위치조절장치를 차단해주기 위해 상기 출력신호응답장치를 강제구동시켜주도록 된 장치가 추가 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모우터 구동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
