Claims (7)

  1. 실질적으로 70 내지 300μm 범위의 입경을 갖는 실질적으로 구형의 입자로 구성되며, 형태와 촉매 그램당 0.4 내지 1cc의 기공부피와 기공부피를 기준으로 1,000 내지 5,500Å의 메디안 기공직경을 갖는 세공들을 갖는 액상 유기 반응용 형태와 제올라이트 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 20중량%의 제올라이트와 80중량%까지의 결합제로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형태화 제올라이트 촉매.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트함유 슬러리를 뜨거운 공기에 분무하여 액체 방울들을 형성하고 액체 방울들을 건조시키는 분무건조 과립화법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형태화 제올라이트 촉매.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제올라이트함유 슬러리는 총입자를 기준으로 10중량% 이하의 입자가 쿨러 계수법으로 측정한 바 적어도 30μm의 입경을 갖는 고체입자를 포함하고 상기 슬러리는 20 내지 60중량%의 고체 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 형태화 제올라이트 촉매.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 250 내지 900℃의 온도에서 소성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 형태화 제올라이트 촉매.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 액상 유기반응은 벤젠 및 벤젠 유도체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 화합물의 액상 할로겐화인 것을 특징으로 하는 형태화 제올라이트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, L형 제올라이트 또는 Y형 제올라이트로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형태화 제올라이트.
