Abstract

"CATALISADOR FCC DE ZEóLITA MACROPOROSO; CATALISADOR FLUIDO PARA CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO; E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM CATALISADOR FLUIDO PARA CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO". Descreve-se catalisadores FCC de microesferas de zeólita, que têm uma morfologia inovadora que compreende uma matriz macroporosa e zeólita cristalizada que reveste livremente as paredes dos poros da matriz. Os catalisadores são formados a partir de microesferas que contêm um metacaulim e caulim calcinado através da sua isotermia, sendo este último caulim calcinado derivado de um caulim que tem um alto volume de poros. O caulim que tem um alto volume de poros pode ser um caulim pulverizado ultrafino ou um caulim que foi pulverizado para ter um ponto de lama incipiente menor do que 57% de sólidos.
