Claims (12)

  1. 불활성, 거의 무수 대기하에 22℃ 내지 280℃ 범위의 온도에서 일반식(CldR′esi)2의 염소-함유 디실란 또는 염소-함유 디실란의 혼합물을 사이클릭실라잔, 또는 일반식(i)(CH3R″SiNH)x 및 (ii)(C6H5R″SiNH)x의 사이클릭실라잔으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 사이클릭실라잔의 혼합물과 접촉 및 반응시킴과 동시에, 휘발성 부산물을 증류시킴을 포함하며, 여기에서 R′및 R″는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 비닐, 페닐 및 탄소원자 1내지 3개의 알킬 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고 : d는 0.5 내지 3이며 : e는 0내지 2.4이고 : (d+e)의 합은 3이며 : X는 정수 3내지 6인 예비세라믹 중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디실란이 염소-함유 디실란의 혼합물이고, 사이클릭실라잔이 {(CH3)2SiNH}x인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, X가 4인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, X가 3인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 디실란이 염소-함유 디실란의 혼합물이고 사이클릭실라잔이 {(CH3)2SiNH} 및 {(CH3)2SiNH}3의 혼합물인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 다른 불활성, 거의 무수대기하에서 생성물을 암모니아로 더욱 처리하는 방법.
  7. 제1항의 방법으로 제조한 물질의 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 디실란의 염소-함유 디실란의 혼합물이고 사이클릭실라잔이 {(CH3)2SiNH}x인 물질의 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, X가 4인 물질의 조성물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, X가 3인 물질의 조성물.
  11. 제7항에서 청구된 예비세라믹 중합체가 세라믹화 될때까지, 불활성 대기 또는 진공하에, 적어도 750℃의 온도로 상기 예비세라믹 중합체를 열분해하여 세라믹 물질을 수득함을 포함하는 세라믹 물질의 제조 방법.
  12. 제11항의 방법으로 제조한 물질의 조성물.
