Claims (8)

  1. 강성암과, 헤드 슬라이더 지지 암이 지지되어 탄성 스프링부와 플랜지가 형성되어 있는 강성부로 되고, 앞끝부분은 헤드 슬라이더를 지지하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지암을 포함하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치에 있어서, 상기 플린지는 상기 헤드 슬라이더쪽보다도 상기 강성 암쪽에 상기 플랜지의 높이가 낮은 부분을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치.
  2. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지는 상기 헤드 슬라이더 지지 암의 양 가장자리를 접어구부리는 것에 의해서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치.
  3. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지의 높이는 상기 헤드 슬라이더 지지암과 평행한 부분을가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지의 높이는 상기 헤드 슬라이더쪽에서 상기 강성 암쪽으로 향해서 테이퍼상으로 감소해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치.
  5. 강서 암과, 헤드 슬라이더 지지 암이 지지되어 탄성 스프링부와 플랜지가 형성되어 있는 강성부로 되고, 앞끝부분은 헤드 슬라이더를 지지하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 암을 포함하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치에있어서, 상기 플랜지는 상기 헤드 슬라이더 지지 암의 변형 에너지에 대응한 높이를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치.
  6. 강성암과, 헤드 슬라이더 지지 암이 지지되어 탄성 스프링부와 플랜지가 형성되어 있는 강성부로 되고, 앞끝부분은 헤드 슬라이더를 지지하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지암을 포함하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치에 있어서,상기 강성 암쪽의 상기 플랜지의 면적은, 상기 헤드 슬라이더쪽의 상기 플랜지의 면적보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지는 상기 강성 암쪽에 구멍이 형성되어 있는것을 특징으로하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지는 상기 강성 암쪽에 메시부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 슬라이더 지지 장치.
