Claims (13)

  1. 7-20%(v/v)의 C1-C4알코올을 포함하고 있는 물에 염기을 첨가함으로써 150℃이상의 온도에서 그들의 산부가염 용액으로부터 시메티딘을 침전 시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 거의 대체로 폴피모프 B 형태인 시메티딘을 제조하는 방법.
  2. C1-4알코올이 메탄올이거나 이소프로판올인 제1항에 따른 방법.
  3. C1-4알코올이 이소포로판올인 제2항에 따른 방법.
  4. 알코올이 8-15%의 농동 (v/v)로 존재하는 제1항에서 3항중 어느 것에 따른 방법.
  5. 알코올이 10-12.5% 범위의 농도(v/v)로 존재하는 제4항에 따른 방법.
  6. 산부가염이 아세테이트 염산의 부가염, 황산염, 밀레이트 또는 푸마레이트인 제1 항에서 제5항중 어느 것에 따른 방법.
  7. 산부가염이 카르복실레이트인 제7항에 따른 방법.
  8. 산부가염이 아세테이트인 제7항에 따른 방법.
  9. 염기가 순환화암모늄, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 탄산나트륨, 모노메틸아민 및 트리에틸아민으로부터 선택되는 제1-6항 중 어떤 것에 따른 방법.
  10. 염기가 수산화암모늄인 제9항에 따른 방법.
  11. 침전이 25-30℃ 범위의 오도에서 행해지는 제1 에서 10항중 어떤 것에 따른 방법.
  12. 시메티딘 플리모프 B의 종결정체가 사용된 제1항에서 11항 중 어떤 것에 따른 방법.
  13. 싱시예에 관하여 대체로 본원에서 기술한 공정.
