Claims (3)

  1. 황산 이온을 포함하는 철염에 금속 이온인 Mg Mn 및 Zn을 5-50mol% 첨가하여 제조한 α-Fe2O3계 검지소자.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서 황산 이온을 포함하는 철염은 Fe2(SO4)3또는 그의 수화물이며, 첨가제는 Zn Cl2, Mn Cl4및 Mg Cl2또는 그의 수화물인 형태로 첨가되는 가스 검지소자.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서 제조 방법은 습식으로 혼합하여 침전물을 가압 성형하여 소성 시킨 소결형 가연성 가스 검지 소자.
