제1도(a)(b)는 본원 발명의 일실시예에 의한 유량제어밸브의 일부를 잘라서 나타낸 사시도 및 측면도.
제2도 및 제3도는 각기 일실시예의 동작시의 잡음을 주파수(KHz)에 대한 음압(dB)으로 나타낸 선도.

Claims (7)

  1. 유로를 형성하는 밸브몸통, 이 밸브몸통내에 밸브봉에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지된 판형상의 밸브체, 및 이 밸브체의 유로 하류에 열리는 부분에서 또한 상기 밸브체의 하류방향의 면의 외주를 따라서 설치되고, 상기 밸브체가 상기 유로를 완전폐쇄 상태로 할때, 중앙부에 있어서의 외벽면과 상기 밸브몸통의 내벽면이 이루는 각도가 0°내지 15°인 핀을 구비한 유량제어밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 핀의 중앙부의 폭은 밸브체의 회전축으로부터 밸브몸통 내벽면까지의 최대길이의 15%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브체의 회전중심축, 또는 회전중심축의 핀측으로부터 핀의 하류측 끝 부분까지를 원활한 면으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브체가 유로를 완전폐쇄 상태로 할때, 핀의 외벽과 밸브몸통의 내벽면이 이루는 각도가 핀 중앙부로부터 멀어짐에 따라 작아지도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브체가 유로를 완전폐쇄 상태로 할때, 핀의 외벽과 밸브몸통의 내벽면이 이루는 각도가 핀 중앙으로부터 멀어짐에 따라 커지도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브체의 상류측면으로부터 핀의 외벽면을 지나 핀의 하류측 끝부분에 이르는 면을 원활하게 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 핀의 폭은 중앙부로부터 멀어짐에 따라 짧아지도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
