2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 밸브조립체의 2형태가 구체화되어 밸브부재가 제1안정위치에 위치하였을때의 펌프체임버와 밸브체임버 단면도이고,
제2도는 제1도에서의 밸브부재가 제2안정위치에 위치하였을때의 단면도.
제3도는 제1도의 III-III선 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 밸브조립체의 변형예로서의 펌프채임버에 대한 축소단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 밸브 부재(37)와, 펌프(1)의 펌프체임버(10)로부터 대체로 접선방향으로 대향되게 배열되어서 밸브체임버(30)에 2개의 입구(26,27)를 형성시켜주게되는 2개의 출구(24,25)를 갖추면서, 밸브체임버(30)에 형성된 상기 2개의 출구(24,25)는 밸브체임버(30)내에 설치되면서 폐쇄부(44)와 가동부(45)를 갖춘 상기 밸브부재(37) 및 상기 밸브체임버(30)에 형성된 입구(26.27)중의 1개와 연관작동하게 되고, 상기 밸브부재(37)는 폐쇄부(44)가 밸브체임버(30)의 제1출구(41)와 제2출구(42)를 각각 폐쇄시켜 주게되는 제1안정위치와 제2안정위치 사이에서 이동할 수 있게 되어있는 한편, 상기 폐쇄부(44)는 상기 입구(26,27)로부터 압력을 받아 그 상대적인 입구의 압력차에 따라 상기 제l,2안정위치 사이에서 이동하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브부재(37)는 밸브체임버(30)의 벽 한쪽 끝에 회전할 수 있도록 설치된 플랩부재를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플랩부재는 한쪽 끝에 회전축(35)을 갖추고서 그 자유단이 밸브체임버(30)의 반대쪽벽에 맞닿도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플랩부재는 가용성이 있는 것으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플랩부재는 강성체로 된것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체임버(30)는 대체로 2등변삼각형 형태로서 그 꼭지점에 플랩부재가 결합되게 되는 회전축(35)을 갖추고 그 밑변의 사잇각 영역에는 이 범브체임버(30)의 입구(26,27)기 형성되며, 이 입구(26,27)와 같은 쪽에 인접하여 상기 밸브체임버(30)의 1,2출구(41,42)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체임버(30)의 밑변에는 상기 밸브부재(37)의 자유단이 이동을 제한해주는 걸림부(38)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체임버(3)는 대체로 2등변 삼각형 형태로서 그 밑변의 중심에 상기 플랩부재가 결합되게되는 회전(35)를 갖추고 있고, 이 밑변의 사잇각 영역에는 이 밸브체임버(30)의 입구(26,27)가 형성되어 있으며, 이 입구(26,27)와 같은쪽 측면 가까이에 상기 밸브체임버(30)의 제1,2출구(41,42)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리펌프의 밸브조립체.
  9. 펌프체임버(10)와, 이 펌프체임버(10)내에 설치된 펌프회전자(11), 회전자축(l2)부위에 배열된 유체유입용 입구(26,27) 및, 펌프체임버(10) 가까이에 배열된 밸브체임버(30)를 갖춘 밸브조립체(3)에다 2개의 입구(26,27)를 형성시켜주도록 대체로 펌프체임버(10)의 접선방향으로 대항되게 배치된 2개의 출구(24,25)로 구성되면서, 상기 2개의 출구(24,25)의 각각은 밸브체임버(30)내에 설치되어 폐쇄부(44)와 가동부(45)를 갖춘 상기 밸브부재(37) 및 상기 밸브체임버(30)에 형성된 입구(26,27)중 하나와 각각 연관 작동하게 되고, 상기 밸브부재(37)는 폐쇄부(44)가 밸브체임버(30)의 제1출구(41)를 폐쇄시키게되는 제1안정위치와, 상기 폐쇄부(44)가 밸브체임버(30)의 제2출구(42)를 폐쇄시키게되는 제2안정위치 사이에서 이동할 수 있도록 되어있는 한편, 상기 폐쇄부(44)는 상기 입구로 부터 압력을 받아 그 상대적인 입구의 압력차에 따라 상기 제1,2안정위치 사이에서 이동하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 로우터리 펌프 조립체.
