Claims (17)

  1. 과립의 세로방향으로 보통 서로 평행하게 뻗어있으며 각 필라민트의 주위를 실질적으로 둘러싸는 열안정성 필름 형성열가소성접착제, 즉 (a)폴리(C2-C6알킬옥사졸린)과 (b)폴리(비닐피롤리돈)이 조합된 접착제 속에서 과립의 전체에 걸쳐 실질상 균일하게 분산되어 있는 가늘고 긴 보강필라민트들의 다발을 각각 함유하고 있는 가늘고 긴 과립으로 이루어진 사출 성형용 성형재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 성분(a)와 성분(b)를 합한 중량%당 약 7.5-약75중량%인 사출성형용 성형재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과립의 직경이 약 0.053cm(약 1/48인치) 내지 약 0.477cm(약 3/16인치)인 사출성형용 성형재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 과립의 직경이 약 0.079cm(약 1/32인치) 내지 약 0.32cm(약 1/8인치)인 사출성형용 성형재료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 접착제의 양이 취급도중 섬유다발의 집결도를 유지시키는 양을 실질상 초과하지 않는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 보강 필라민트가 67.5-97.5부피%를 이루고 열안정성의 필름형성 접착제가 2.5-32.5 부피%를 이루는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 보강필라민트가 85-95부피%를 이루고 열안정성의 필름형성 접착제가 5-15부피%를 이루는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 보강필라민트가 그래파이트 섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유, 스테인레스강섬유, 금속피복 그래파이트섬유 또는 상기한 것들중 그 어느 것이라도 함께 합해진 혼합물로 되어있는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 보강필라민트가 그래파이트 섬유로 되어 있는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 보강필라민트가 니켈 피복 그래파이트섬유로 되어있는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 접착제가 폴리(에틸옥사졸린)을 포함하는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸옥사졸린)이 약 50,000-약 500,000의 분자량을 갖는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 접착제가 폴리(에틸옥사졸린)과 폴리(비닐피롤리돈)을 포함하는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리(비닐롤리돈)이 약 10,000-약 220,000의 분자량을 갖는 사출성형용 성형재료.
  15. (i) 열가소성수지 성형용 과립 ; 그리고, (ii) 각 과립의 세로방향으로 보통 서로 평행하게 뻗어있으며 열안정성의 필름형성 열가소성 접착제, 즉 (a)폴리(C2-C6알킬옥사졸린)과 (b)폴리(비닐피롤리돈)이 조합된 접착제 2.5-32.5부피% 속에서 상기 과립의 전체에 걸쳐 실질상 균일하게 분산되어 있는 67.5-97.5부피%의 보강필라민트들로 이루어진 가늘고 긴 과립으로 구성되어 있으며, 조성물내의 성분(ii)의 양은(i)과 (ii)를 합한 100중량%에 대하여 상기 필라민트를 1-60중량% 제공하기에 충분한 정도인 사출성형용 조성물.
  16. 보강필라민트를 (a)폴리(C2-C6알킬 옥사졸린)과 (b)폴리(비닐피롤리돈)이 조합된 열안정성의 필름형성열가소성 접착제가 액체매질내에 들어있는 최소한 하나의 욕을 통하여 연속적으로 통과시켜 필라민트를 함침시키고, 함침된 필라민트를 과잉 접착제의 제거를 위한 수단을 통해 통과시키고, 처리된 필라민트를 가열지역으로 통과시켜 먼저 액체매질을 증발시킨후 열가소성 접착제를 용융시키고, 처리된 필라민트를 삼기지역으로부터 회수한후 이들을 가늘고 긴 과립으로 자름으로써 과립의 세로방향으로 보통 서로 평행하게 뻗어있으며 각 필라민트의 주위를 실질적으로 둘러싸는 열안정성의 필름형성 열가소성 접착제 2.5-32.5부피%속에서 상기 과립의 전체에 걸쳐 실질상 균일하게 분산되어 있는 67.5-97.5부피%의 보강필라민트로 이루어진 과립을 생산하는 단계들로 구성되는 사출성형용 성형재료의 제조방법.
  17. 사출성형방법에서 하기(i)과 (ii)의 혼합물로 이루어진 사출성형용 조성물을 주형속에 압입하는 단계(i)열가소성 성형용 과립 ; 그리고, (ii)과립의 세로방향으로 보통 서로 평행하게 뻗어있으며 각 필라민트의 주위를 실질적으로 둘러싸는 열안정성의 필름형성열가소성접착제, 즉 (a)폴리(C2-C6알킬 옥사졸린)과 (b)폴리(비닐피롤리돈)이 조합된 접착제 속에서 상기 과립의 전체에 걸쳐 실질상 균일하게 분산되어있는 보강필라민트의 다발을 각각 함유하고 있는 가늘고 긴 과립의 보강제공에 유효한 양.
