크로메이트 처리 아연계 도금 강판과 그 제조방법

제2도는 GDS에 의한 크로메이트피막중의 Si과 Cr의 상대비율을 표시하는 선도.
제3도는 실시예 1의 크로메이트 처리에 있어서의 전기량과 크롬부착량과의 관계를 표시하는 선도.

Claims (4)

  1. 아연계 도금층 위에 금속 크롬층, 그 위에 주로 3가 크롬으로 형성되는 크롬산화물층, 또 그 위에 SiO2및 3가 크롬 주체로 6가 크롬을 포함하는 산화물 및 수화(水和)산화물의 최표면층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로메이트 어리 아연계 도금 강판.
  2. 크로메이트 어리 아연계도금 강판을 제조함에 있어서 6가 크롬을 2.6-78g/l콜로이달 실리카롤 SiO2로 하여 0.5-50g/l 불화물을 F로 하여 0.05-5.0g/l를 함유하는 욕에서 전류밀도 1-50A/dm2전기량 5-100C/dm2의 조건에서 음극전해처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로메이트 처리 아연도금 강판의 제조 방법.
  3. 강철 기판과, 아연계 도금층 위에 금속 크롬층, 또 그 위에 주로 3가 크롬으로 형성되는 크롬산화물 또 그 위에 SiO2및 3가 크롬 주체로 6가 크롬을 함유하는 산화물 및 수산화물의 최표면층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로메이트 처리 아연계 도금 강판.
  4. 크로메이트 처리 아연계 도금강판을 제조함에 있어서 6가 크롬을 2.6-78g/l, 콜로이달 실리카롤 SiO2로 하여 0.5-50g/l,알루나졸을 Al2O3로서 0.05-25g/l, 불화물을 F로 하여 0.05-5.0g/l를 함유하는 욕에서 전류밀도 1-50A/dm2, 전기량 5-100C/dm2의 조건에서 음극전해처리를 실시 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로메이트처리 아연도금 강판의 제조 방법.
