Claims (13)

  1. 진균감염이 예상되거나 또는 이미 감염되고 있을때, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 화합물의 효과적인 양을 식물, 식물기관 또는 식물씨앗에 살포하여 유용한 식물에서 진균감염을 퇴치하는 방법:
    상기식에서 R은 H, C1-C4알킬, 알켄일, 알킨일기이며:
    n은 1 또는 2 이며:
    A는 C1-C6알킬렌, 알릴렌 또는 헤테로고리를 나타내며:
    X는 O,S,SO,SO2를 나타내며:
    R1은 C1-C6알킬기, 임의로 치환된 페닐기, 적어도 2개의 불소원자를 갖는, C1내지 C4가 함유된 폴리플루오로알킬기 및 적어도 2개의 불소원자를 갖는 C2내지 C4가 함유된 폴리플루 알켄일기로 구성된 기로부터 선택된 것이다(단, 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 화합물에서 A가 알킬렌이며 이 2이고 R1이 C1-C6알킬기는 제외함).
  2. 다음 일반식 (Ⅰa)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화합물:
    상기식에서 R은 H, C1-C4알킬, 알켄일, 알킨일기이며:
    n은 1 또는 2이며:
    A는 C1-C6알킬렌, 알릴렌 또는 헤테로고리이며:
    X는 O,S,SO,SO2를 나타내며:
    Rf는 적어도 2개의 불소원자를 갖는 C1내지 C4가 함유된 폴리플로오알킬기 및 적어도 2개의 불소원자를 갖는 C2내지 C4가 함유된 폴리플루오로알켄일기로 구성된 기로부터 선택된 것이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, N-(4-테트라플루오로에톡시페닐)-2-메톡시이미노시아노아세트아미드임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 1-(2-메톡시이미노시아노아세틸-3-(2-테트라플루오로에톡시에틸) 우레아임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 1-(2-메톡시이미노시아노아세틸)-3-(4-테트라플루오로에톡시페닐) 우레아임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  6. 0℃ 내지50℃의 온도에서 불활성용매내에서 무기산 또는 유기산의 존재하에서 다음식 (Ⅱa)를 갖는 화합물과 알칼리 또는 알킬아질산염과 반응시켜 식(Ⅰa)를 갖는 화합물을 얻고: 알려진 알킬화반응, 알켄일화반응 또는 알킨일화반응을 하여 각각 R이 C1-C4알킬, 알켄일 또는 알킨일기를 갖는 제2항에서 제시한 R=H인 식(Ⅰa)를 갖는 화합물 제조방법:
  7. 다음 일반식(Ⅱa)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화합물:
    상기식에서 n은 1 또는 2이며:
    A는 알킬렌, 알릴렌 또는 헤테로고리이며:
    X는 O,S,SO,SO2를 나타내며:
    Rf는 C1내지 C4가 함유된 적어도 2개의 불소원자를 갖는 폴리플오로 알킬기를 나타내거나 또는 적어도 2개의 불소원자를 갖는 C2내지 C4가 함유된 폴리플루오로알켄일기를 나타낸다.
  8. 다음 일반식(Ⅲa)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화합물:
    상기식에서 m은 0 또는 1 이:
    A는 알킨렌, 알릴렌 또는 헤테로고리이며:
    X는 O,S,SO,SO2이며:
    Rf는 적어도 2개의 불소원자를 갖는 C1내지 C4가 함유된 폴리플루오로알킬기 또는 적어도 2개의 불소원자를 갖는 C2내지 C4가 함유된 폴리플루오로알켄일기이다.
  9. 0℃ 내지 100℃의 온도범위에서 강염기의 존재하에서 에테르성 또는 비양자성 용매내에서 다음식(Ⅴ)를 갖는 아민을 다음식(Ⅵ)을 갖는 플루오로올레핀과 반응시켜 다음식(Ⅲc)를 갖는 화합물을 얻고: 이를 강염기에 의해 임의로 탈수소 플루오르화 반응시켜 식(Ⅲd)를 갖는 화합물을 얻은 m=0일때 다음 일반식(Ⅲb)를 갖는 제8항에 따른 식(Ⅲa)를 갖는 화합물 제조방법:
    상기식(Ⅲb)에서 A는 알킬렌, 알릴렌 또는 헤테로고리이며:
    X는 O,S이며:
    Rf는 식-CF2-CHY1Y2를 갖는 폴리플루오로알킬기를 나타내거나 또는 식 CF=CY1Y2를 갖는 폴리플루오로알켄기를 나타내며(Y1은 F,C1,CF3로 이루어진 기로부터 선택된 것이며, Y2는 F와 CF3로 이루어진 기로부터 선택된 것임):
    상기식(Ⅴ)에서 A와 X는 앞서 제시한 바와 같고, 가수불해된 결합에 의해 임의로 보호된다.
  10. 0℃ 내지 100℃의 온도범위에서, 강염기의 존재하에서 에테르성 또는 비양자성 극성용매내에서 다음식(Ⅷ)를 갖는 요소와 다음식(Ⅵ)을 갖는 플루오로올레핀을 반응시키고, 이를 임의로 강염기에 의하여 탈수소플루오르화반응시켜 다음 일반식을 갖는 m=1일때의 제8항에 따른 식(Ⅲa)를 갖는 화합물 제조방법:
    상기식에서 A는, 알킬렌, 알릴렌 또는 헤테로고리이며:
    X는 O,S이며:
    Rf는 폴리플루오로 알킬 -CF2-CHY1Y2기 또는 폴리플루오로 알켄일 -CF=CY|1Y2기를 나타낸다(Y1은 F,C1,CF3로 이루어진 기로부터 선택된 것이며 Y2는 F와 CF3로 이루어진 기로부터 선택된 것임).
  11. 진균감염이 예상되거나 또는 이미 감염되고 있을때, 청구범위 3항에 따른 화합물을 그 자체 또는 적절한 조성물의 형태로 효과적양으로 식물, 식물씨앗 또는 식물이 관련된 토양에 살포하여 유용한 식물에서 진균감염을 퇴치하는 방법.
  12. 활성성분으로서 제2항에 따른 하나이상의 화합물과 함께 고체 또는 액체운반체 및 임의로 다른 첨가제를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 살진균조성물.
  13. 활성성분으로서 제3항 내지 5항에 따른 화합물과 함께 고체 또는 액체운반체 및 임의로 다른 첨가제를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 살진균조성물.
