Claims (8)

  1. 염화수소의 방출하에서 고체물질위에 TiCl4를 흡착시키면서 무수 조건하에서 가스-스트림을 히드록실기를 함유한 고체물질의 베드위로 유도한 후, 물이나 수증기로 처리하여 고체물질을 재생시키고 가스스트림으로부터 TiCl4-증기를 제거하는데 고체물질의 재생된 베드를 다시 사용하는 것으로 구성되는, 가스-스트림으로부터 TiCl4-증기의 제거방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, TiCl4의 흡착이 20℃~300℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 재생이 120~250℃의 온도에서 수증기를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체물질이 금속 산화물인 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 고체물질이 알루미나, 실리카 또는 이산화 티탄인 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 고체 물질이 소모 실리카 기재 이산화 티탄 촉매인 방법.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화수소함유 가스-스트림이 고체물질의 베드를 통과한 후에 물을 통과하게 하는 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 가스-스트림이 염기성 수성용액을 통과하게 하는 방법.
