Claims (6)

  1. a) 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디알릴암모늄 성분 A,
    b) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 염기성 성분 B1및/또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아미드성분 B2및/또는 일반식(Ⅳ)의 N-비닐 아실아마이드 성분 B3및/또는
    일반식(Ⅴ)의 암모늄 성분 B4로 이루어진 아마이드 성분 B, 및
    c) 일반식(Ⅵ)의 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 성분 C를 A:B:C의 몰비 1:(0.002 내지 4.5) : (0 내지 0.5)로 40 내지 100℃의 온도에서 물 또는 수혼화성 용매중에서 공중합반응시키고 ; 성분 B1이 사용되는 경우, 계속해서 임의로 30 내지 80℃의 온도에서 수성 매질중에서
    d) 다작용성 알킬화 성분 D 및
    e) 일반식(Ⅶ)의 폴리아민성분 E1및/또는 일반식(Ⅷ)의 폴리아민 성분 E2로 이루어진 폴리아민성분 E와 B1: D : E의 몰비 1 : (0.002 내지 2) : (0 내지 5)로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서,
    R1,R2,R5,R6및 R21은 (C1-C10)-알킬이고,
    R3,R4,R7,R8,R11,R12,R18,R|19및 R20은 수소 또는 메틸이며,
    R9,R10및 R13은 수소 또는 (C1-C8)-알킬이고,
    R14,R15,R16및 R17은(C1-C8)-알킬이며, 또는
    R13및 R14는 함께 -(CH2)3-, -(CH2)4- 또는 -(CH2)5-이고,
    R22는 탄소수 1내지 8인 알킬렌 라디칼 또는 페닐렌이며,
    R23는 수소 또는 라디칼 -CO-R22-COOH (여기에서, R22는 상기 정의한 바와 같다)이고,
    X는 -NY- 또는 -O-이며,
    는 일가 음이온 또는 일가 음이온과 동등한 다가 음이온의 일부이고,
    이며,
    m 및 q는 수 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 또는 10이고,
    n,p,r 및 W는 수 0,1,2 또는 3이며,
    S 및 U는 수 2,3,4 또는 5이고,
    V는 0이거나, t를 고려하여 폴리아민성분 E1의 분자량이 1000내지 30,000이 되도록 하는 수이며 t는 v를 고려하여 일반식 (Ⅶ)의 폴리아민성분 E1의 분자량이 1000내지 30,000이 되도록 하는 수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1,R2,R5,R6,R14,R15,R|16및/또는 R17이 (C1-C4)-알킬임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R3및/또는 R4가 수소이며/이거나, R9,R10및/또는 R13이 수소 또는 (C1-C4)-알킬임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    n 및/또는 p 및/또는 r이 0임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A:B:C가 1:(0.02 내지 2.5):0임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, B1:D:E의 몰비가 1:(0.002 내지 1) : (0.05 내지 5)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
