Claims (31)

  1. 필라멘트당 선밀도가 0.2 내지 1.5 dtex인 유리섬유 5 내지 60중량% 및 필라멘트당 선형밀도가 3 내지 8dtex인 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌) 40 내지 95중량%를 함유하며 지지 스크림 내에 수압적으로 얽힌, 균일하게 분산된 쉬이트-상 구조물로 이루어진 필터용으로 적합한 기본중량이 150 내지 600g/㎡인 펠트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스크림이 200℃ 이하에서 약 5% 미만의 낮은 수축율을 갖는 고온 저항성 및 내화학성물질로 이루어진 펠트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 스크림이 산 및 알칼리에 대해서 상당히 안정한 물질로 이루어진 펠트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 스크림이 폴리이미드 물질로 이루어진 펠트.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 스크림이 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)으로 이루어진 펠트.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 스크림이 유리 섬유로 이루어진 펠트.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 스크림이 스텐인레스 스틸로 이루어진 펠트.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 스크림이 폴리페닐렌 설파이드로 이루어진 펠트.

  18. 제14항에 있어서, 쉬이트-상 구조물 내의 유리의 중량%가 35 내지 60%인 펠트.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 섬유의 인발%가 60% 미만인 펠트.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 테이버 마모시험 결과가 기본중량 g/㎡당 1사이클 이상인 펠트.
  21. (a) 유리섬유 5 내지 60중량%를 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌) 40 내지 95중량%와 혼합하고, (b) 쉬이트-상 구조물을 형성시키며, (c) 쉬이트-상 구조물을 지지 스크림에 수압적으로 얽히게함을 특징으로 하여, 제 1 항의 펠트를 제조하는 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 쉬이트-상 구조물이 웹인 방법.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 쉬이트-상 구조물이 워터리프인 방법.
  24. 제21항에 있어서, 스크림이 200℃ 이하에서 5% 미만의 저수축율을 갖는 고온 저항성 및 내화학성 물질로 구성된 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 스크림이 산 및 알칼리에 대해서 상당히 안정한 물질로 이루어진 방법.
