Claims (2)
- 일반식(II)의 1-알콕시-N-메틸-2-니트로에텐아민을 구조식(III)의 4-[[(2-아미노에틸)티오]메틸]-N,N-디메틸-2-티아졸메탄아민과 반응시켜 구조식(I)의 니자티딘을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 C1-C4알킬이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R이 메틸 또는 에틸이고, 반응을 물중에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
