Claims (6)
- 강으로된 판재료를 상온으로부터 재결정온도 이상으로 가열하는 단계미리 설정된 강조성, 제조조건 및 제품성질의 관계로부터 결정된 목적하는 최대 가열온도까지 적어도 ±10℃이내의 정밀도로 급속가열함으로써 가열된 강판의 온도를 조정하는 단계 및 균열하지 않고 급속냉각하여 상온까지 냉각하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉용 극저탄소강의 연속소둔방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열과정 중 상기 강을 일부냉각시켜 최대가열온도를 조정함을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉용 극저탄소강의 연속소둔방법.
- 가열영역, 가열영역보다 강판의 단위길이당 가열성능이 높고 비안정부에로서 적어도 ±10℃의 온도 정밀도가 성취되는 감응이 우수한 온도조정영역, 급속냉각영역 및 최종냉각영역으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉용 극저탄소강의 연속소둔장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가열영역앞에 예비가열영역이 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉용 극저탄소강의 연속소둔장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 최대 가열온도를 조정하기 위한 냉각영역이 상기 가열영역 또는 온도조정영역에 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉용 극저탄소강의 연속소둔장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 최대가열온도를 조정하기 위한 냉각영역이 상기 가열영역 또는 온도조정영역에 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉용 극저탄소강의 연속소둔장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
