3: 공극, 5,21: 관체, 10,27: 도전성피막, 14: 전원장치, 15a,16a,21a,25a: 공급구, 15b,17b,21b,25c: 배출구, 24: 오존발생장치, 25: 외통, 26: 내통.

Claims (4)

  1. 냉각수의 순환을 가능케한 관체와, 이 관체의 내부에 있어서 공극을 가지도록 대략 동심상으로 배치한 석영재와 초자재로 형성한 외통 및 내통과, 이 내통의 내주면에 설치되고 또한 전원장치의 고압측에 접속되는 도전성 피막으로부터 이루어진 일방의 전극과 상기 외통의 외주면에 설치되고, 또한 접지된 내수성의 도전성 피막으로 이루어진 타방의 전극과; 또한 동심상에 배치한 외통 및 내통의 사이에 형성된 공극을 원료가스의 유통경로로 하고 이 경로의 일단에 원료가스의 공급구를, 타단에 오존화가스의 배출구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 발생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외통과 내통을 투명 석영유리로 형성시키는 동시에, 외통의 외주면 및 내통의 내주면에 알루미늄의 금속증착을 새행하여 이루어진 전극을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로하는 오존 발생장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내통의 내주면과 상기 외통의 외주면에 형성된 상기 도전성 피막이, 물을 뿐 산상으로서 함유하는 콜로이드상 흑연 농축물을 도포함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 발생장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내통내의 주면과 상기 외통의 외주면에 형성된 상기 도전성 필름이, 금속뿐말을 충전제로서 사용한 도전성 수지로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 발생장치.
