제1도는 주위의 공기로부터 산소함량이 23-30%인 기체생성물을 산출하기 위한 본 발명을 실시하기에 적당한 시스템의 도식화된 작업계통도. 제2도는 주위의 공기로부터 산소함량이 23-50%인 기체 생성물을 산출하기 위한 본 발명을 실시하기에 적당한 시스템의 도식화된 작업 계통도. 제3도는 (a) 다양한 산소 순도의 공급기류로부터 산출되는 흡착제 단위량에 대한 산소의 질량. (b) 상기의 산소 순도에서, 공급기류로부터 산소회수량을 나타내는 일련의 그래프.

Claims (12)

  1. 질소유지를 위한 선택적인 흡착제의 베드에 공급기체를 유입시켜 베드의 압력을 초기의 대기압에서 약 10기압이 넘지 않는 고압으로 1차 가압한뒤 상기 베드로부터 산소가 보강된 기체를 생성물로서 배출하여 회소함으로서 배드의 압력을 대기압보다는 크지만 1차 압력보다는 0.75배 적은 중간정도의 압력으로 감소시키는데 상기 배출을 공급기류의 초기유입 방향의 역흐름방향으로 베드에 유입시키고 그후 분기하여 베드의 압력을 대기압 수준으로 하는데 상기 분기를 산소-보강된 생성물인 기체의 배출방향에 대한 역흐름방향으로 실행하는 단계로 구성된, 주위공기로부터 산소-보강된 기류를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공급기류를 베드에 최초로 유입시키는 것을 베드의 1차 압력이 적어도 1.5기압으로 상승할때까지 계속시키는 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기류의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 공급 기류의 최초유입을 베드의 1차압력이 약 1.5-4기압으로 상승될때까지 계속시키는 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기류의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 압력이 1차 압력의 약 0.70배 이하인 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기류의 제조 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 보강된 기체 생성물이 23-26%의 산소함량을 갖는 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기류의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 베드를 대기압으로 분기시킨뒤에, 산소-보강된 기체 생성물의 일부를 초기 공급기류의 역흐름방향으로 하여 베드를 세정하고, 1차 가압, 2차 감압, 분기 및 세정단계를 반복실시하고 보강된 기체 생성물의 산소함량이 23-50%인 산소-보강된 기체 생성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제1 또는 6항에 있어서, 평행상태로 작동되는 최소한 2개의 흡착베드를 함유하는 컬럼으로 구성된 시스템으로 주위 공기의 유입과 상기시스템으로부터 산소보강된 기체생성물의 배출이 계속하여 실행되는 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기체생성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 평행상태로 작동되는 4개의 흡착베드를 함유하는 칼럼으로 구성된 시스템으로 주위 공기의 유입과 상기 시스템으로 부터 산소보강된 기체생성물의 배출이 계속하여 실행되는 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기체 생성물의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 작동이 40-960초의 순환으로 실행되는 것이며 상기시간의 1/4각각이(1)공급기류로부터 질소의 흡수, (2)산소보강된 기체생성물을 베드에서 배출시킴으로서 중간정도의 2차 압력수준으로 베드를 감압, (3)대기압으로 베드를 분기 그리고(4)채집된 산소-보강된 기체 생성물 공급기류의 유입방향의 역방향으로 하여 베드를 세정하는 단계에 차례로 적용되는 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기체 생성물의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 평행상태로 작동되는 3개의 흡착베드를 함유하는 칼럼으로 구성된 시스템으로 주의공기의 유입과 상기 시스템으로부터 산소보강된 기체 생성물의 배출이 계속하여 실행되는 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기체 생성물의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 작동이 30-720초의 순환으로 실행되는 것이며 상기 시간의 1/3각각이(1)공급기류로부터 질소의 흡수, (2)산소보강된 기체 생성물을 공급기류의 유입방향에 역방향으로 베드에서 배출시킴으로서 중간정도의 2차 압력수준으로 베드를 감압하고(3)다음순환의 시작을 위하여, 공급기류의 역방향으로 베드를 대기압으로 분기시키는 단계에 차례로 적용되는 것으로 구성된 산소-보강된 기류의 제조방법.
  12. 질소유지를 위한 선택적인 흡착제의 베드에 주위 공기를 유입시켜 베드의 압력을 초기의 대기압에서 약 10기압이 넘지않는 고압으로 1차 가압한뒤 상기 베드로부터 산소가 보강된 기체를 생성물로서 배출하고 채집하여 베드의 압력을 대기압보도는 크지만 1차 압력보다는 0.75배 적은 중간정도의 압력으로 감소시키는데 상기 배출을 공급기류의 초기 유입방향의 역흐름방향으로 베드에 유입시키고 그후 분기하여 베드의 압력을 대기압수준으로 하는데 상기 분기를 산소-보강된 생성물인 기체의 배출 방향에 대한 역흐름 방향으로 실행한뒤, 산소-보강된 기체 생성물의 일부를 공급기류의 유입방향의 역방향으로 하여 베드를 세정한뒤 상기 고정단계를 반복하여 생성된 25%이상에서 약 50% O2범위의 산소-보강된 생성물을 주위의 공기로 혼합하에 희석하여 산소의 농도가 23-35%가 되도록 하는 것으로 구성된, 주위공기로부터 23-35% O2범위의 산소농도를 갖는 산소-보강된 기체 생성물의 제조방법.
