Claims (15)
- 표면에 복잡한 불규칙성을 갖는 무기충진제 성분 및 유기 결합제 성분을 함유하는 세라믹 용사용 하도조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물중의 무기충진제 성분의 함량이 적어도 15용적%인 하도조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기충진제 성분이 하기의 관계식(Ⅰ)을 만족시키는 무기 충진제인 하도조성물.λ.S5.0×10-2(Ⅰ)상기식에서, λ은 열전도도(cal/㎝·Sec·deg)이고, S는 표면적(㎡/g)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물중의 무기 충진제성분의 함량이 15내지 80용적%인 하도조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물중의 무기 충진제성분의 함량이 20내지 60용적%인 하도조성물.
- 지지체; 표면에 복잡한 불규칙성을 갖는 무기 출진제성분과 유기 결합제성분을 주성분으로 하며 지지체와 세라믹 용사 피복층사이에 존재하는 중간층 ; 및 세라믹용사 피복층으로 이루어진 복합성형품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지지체가 합성수지로 제조된 성형품인 복합성형품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지지체가 섬유 강화수지로 제조된 성형품인 복합성형품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지지체가 세라믹용사 피복층 사이에 존재하는 중간층의 표면에 적어도 15용적%의 무기 충진제 성분이 존재하는 복합성형품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 무기 충진제성분이 하기의 관계식(Ⅰ)을 만족시키는 충진제인 복합성형품.λ.S5.0×10-2(Ⅰ)상기식에서, λ은 열전도도(Cal/㎝·Sec·deg)이고, S는 표면적(㎡/g)이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지지체와 세라믹용사 피복층사이에 존재하는 중간층에 15내지 80용적%의 무기 충진제성분이 존재하는 복합성형품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지지체와 세라믹용사 피복층사이에 존재하는 중간층에 20내지 60용적%의 무기 충진제성분이 존재하는 복합성형품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 지지체와 세라믹용사 피복층사이의 중간층에 존재하는 유기결합제 성분이 지지체를 구성하는 합성수지와 동일한 복합성형품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 지지체와 세라믹용사 피복층사이의 중간층에 존재하는 유기결합제 성분이 지지체를 구성하는 섬유강화수지와 동일한 복합성형품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지지체와 세라믹용사 피복층 사이에 존재하는 중간층의 두께가 적어도 10㎛인 복합성형품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
