화학탈수반응 진행방법 및 그 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도 내지 제3도는 본 발명의 서로 상이한 실시태양에 따라 화학 탈수 반응을 진행시키는데 필요한 장치의 계통도이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 원료물질과 유기용매를 수용하며, 또 화학탈수반응을 진행시켜 고비점 화합물을 제조하는 반응기로부터 반응생성물을 인출하고 또 이 반응생성물을 가열시키는 예열기; 예열기로부터 반응생성물을 인수하고 또 이 반응생성물을 감압하에서 증발시켜서 생성된 물을 유기용매와 함께 증발시키는 한편, 수득된 고비점 화합물을 반응기로 귀환시키는 증발기; 증발기로부터 층기를 인출하고, 도 이층기를 압축해서 그 온도를 상승시키는 송풍기; 송풍기로부터 압축된 증기를 인수해서 층발기내의 반응생성물과 열교환시킴으로서 증발을 촉진시키도록 층발기내에 한몸체로 구비된 열교환통로; 열교환통로로부터 공급된 압축기 층기를 탈수시키기 위해 응축시키고 또 탈수된 물을 방출시키는 탈수기;와 탈수기내에서 탈수시킨 유기용매를 반응기로 귀환시키는 귀환통로로 구성되는 화학 탈수반응 진행장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응기와 증발기가 반응기 상부에 층발기가 위치하도록 한 몸체로 형성된 화학탈수 반응 진행장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 층발기가 박층필름 경사관형인 화학탈수반응 진행장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 증발기가 프레이트형인 화학탈수 반응진행장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 증발기 내부를 감압상태로 유지하기 위한 진공펌프를 포함하는 화학탈수반응 진행장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 액체로부터 가스를 분리하기 위해서 증발기와 송풍기 사이에 설치한 가스액체 분리기를 포함하는 화학탈수반응 진행장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 반응생성물을 반응기로부터 증발기로 순환시키기위해서 반응기와 예열기 사이에 설치한 순환펌프를 포함하는 화학탈수반응 진행장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 유기용매를 가열시키기 위해 귀환통로에 설치한 별도의 예열기를 포함하는 화학탈수 반응 진행장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 열교환통로와 탈수기 사이에 설치한 응축액펌프를 포함하는 화학탈수반응진행장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 2개 모두가 열교환통로와 탈수기 사이에 설치된 응축액펌프와 응축액탱크를 포함하는 화학탈수 반응 진행장치.
  11. 유기용매를 사용해서 고비점 화합물을 제조하는 화학탈수 반응 진행방법에 있어서, 수득된 물을 증기 재압축 방법에 따라 유기용매와 함께 증류 제거하면서 반응을 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 화학탈수 반응진행방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 유기용매중의 수분함량이 약 200 내지 5,000ppm인 화학탈수반응 진행방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 화학탈수반응이 케톤과 설탕을 반응시켜 설탕-케탈을 제조하는 화학탈수반응 진행방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 화학탈수반응이 디아세톤-L-솔보스를 제조하는 반응인 화학탈수반응 진행방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 생성된 물을 제1항의 장치를 사용해서 유기용매와 함께 증류 제거하는 화학탈수반응 진행방법.
