Claims (4)
- 구조식(Ⅴ)의 촉매 및 축합제 존재하에서 유기용매중에서 구조식(Ⅱ)의 유기산과 구조식(Ⅳ)의 하이드록시벤조트리아졸을 반응시켜 얻어진 구조식(Ⅷ)의 반응성아마이드의 용매화물을 구조식(Ⅲ)화합물과 아실화 반응을 시켜서 구조식(Ⅰ)화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 알카리금속 또는 알카리토류금속; R2는 수소,메틸,할로겐, 아세톡시메틸 또는 -CH2-S-R3기, 여기에서 R3는 1내지 4의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 또한 저급알킬기로 치환될수있는 5원 또는 6원의 복소환기를 의미한다.
- 제1항에서, 구조식(Ⅷ)의 반응성 아마이드의 용매화물은 N,N-디메틸포름아마이드, N,N-디메틸 아세트아마이드 및 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈에서 선택된 용매로 부터 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 축합제로 디사이클로헥실카보디이미드, N-사이클로헥실-N′-모르포리노에틸카보디이미드,N-에틸-N′-(3-디메틸아미노프로필)카보디이미드 또는 1-(p-클로로벤젤설포닐옥시-6-클로로-1H-벤조트리아졸을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 아실화 반응을 주위온도에서 물과 아세토니트릴, 아세톤, 테트라하이드로푸란, N,N-디메틸포름아미드,N,N-디메틸아세트아미드에서 선택된 유기용매와의 혼합용매중에서 행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
