Claims (4)
- 전분물질의 일부로 밀랍형 보리전분을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분물질을 함유한 식품의 노화 방지 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀랍형 보리전분의 사용량이 상기 전분물질의 2-50wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 노화방지 방법.
- 밀랍형 보리전분을, 상기 전분물질의 일부로 사용하는 외에도 다당류를 추가적으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 노화방지 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 밀랍형 보리전분의 사용량은 상기 전분물질의 2-50wt%이고, 다당류의 사용량은 상기 전분물질의 5-50wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 노화방지 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
