Claims (12)

  1. 연속적인 선박용 파이프 부설장치에 있어서, 파이프 지지면위에 감긴 파이프를 가지며 지지 프레임에 의해 바이지위에 장착되도록 부착된 파이프 리일; 파이프의 연속층이 제거될때 대체로 이탈점의 맞은 편위치에서 파이프펴기로울러를 유지하는 수단을 포함하고 파이프가 리일의 파이프 지지면을 이탈하는 이탈점의 맞은편 위치에서 대체로 상기 파이프와 연결시키는 첫째 파이프펴기로울러; 파이프가 대체로 직선 모양으로 상나 파이프 부설장치에서 배출되도록 상기 파이프를 구부리기 위해서 상기 첫째 파이프 펴기로울러의 맞은편 상기 파이프위에서 상기 파이프와 연결시키는 둘째 파이프 펴기로울러로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 또한 작동중에 상기 첫째파이프 펴기로로울러와 상기 둘째 파이프펴기로울러 사이의 일정한 구부림을 유지하는 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일 타입의 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 또한 상기 파이프리일의 회전축에 피벗으로 연결된 지지아암과 상기 첫째 파이프 펴기로울러를 지지하는 첫째 로울러 아암으로 구성되고 상기 첫째 로올러아암이 상기 리일의 상기 회전축에서 떨어진 첫째 정해진 위치에서 상기 지지아암과 피벗으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 또한 상기 둘째 파이프 펴기로울러를 지지하는 둘째로올러 아암으로 구성되고 상기 첫째 로울러 아암이 상기 지지아암과 연결되는 상기 첫째 정해진 위치에서 상기 둘째 로울러 아암이 상기 지지아암과 피벗으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일 타입의 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 대체로 이탈점의 맞은편인 상기 위치에서 상기 첫째 파이프펴기로울러를 유지하는 상기 수단이 상기 파이프에 대하여 상기 첫째 파이프펴기로울러를 작동시키는 상기 첫째 로울러 아암과 상기 지지아암에 연결된 조절 아암으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 또 상기 유지수단이 상기 지지프레임에 연결된 가이드 비임으로 구성되고 상기 첫째로울러아암이 상기 가이드 비임에 이동할수 있게 연결되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프의 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치.
  7. 연속적인 선박용 파이프 부설장치에 있어서, 리일이 축에 관해 회전할 수 있게 지지프레임에 의해 바이지위에 장착하도록 부착되고 파이프 지지면위에 감긴 파이프를 가지는 파이프 리일; 한단부에서 상기 축과 피벗으로 연결된 지지아암 상기축과 떨어진 정해진 위치에서 상기 지지 아암에 피벗으로 연결되고 첫째 파이프펴기 로울러를 지지하는 첫째 로울러 아암; 상기 정해진 위치에서 상기 지지아암에 피벗으로 연결되고 둘째 파이프펴기로울러를 지지하는 둘째로울러아암으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 또한 상기 첫째 로올러아암과 상기 둘째 로울러 아암사이에 배치된 조절아암으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일 타입의 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 또한 대체로 파이프가 리일의 파이프 지지면을 이탈하는 이탈점의 맞은편 위치에서 상기 리일위에 감긴 파이프에 인접한 상기 첫째 파이프 펴기로울러를 유지하는 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 파이프에 인접한 상기 첫째 파이프 펴기로울러를 유지하는 상기 수단이 상기축을 향해 상기 첫째 파이프 펴기 로울러를 끌어당기기 위해서 상기 첫째로러울 아암과 상기 지지아암에 연결된 조절아암으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 또 상기 파이프에 인접한 상기 첫째 파이프 펴기 로울러를 유지하는 상기 수단이 상기 지지프레임에 연결된 가이드 비임으로 구성되고 상기 첫째 파이프 펴기로울러 아암이 상기 가이드비임에 움직일 수 있게 연결되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 또한 상기 리일로부터의 상기 파이프 이탈각이 변하도록 상기 가이드비임을 조절하는 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 선박용 파이프를 연속적으로 부설하는 리일타입의 장치.
