[발명의 명칭]
조해성 활성성분을 함유한 안정한 분말의 제조방법
[발명의 상세한 설명]
공지된 바와 같이 어떤 약학제품들은 이들의 분자내에 매우 많은 물분자를 포함하기 때문에 단단한 캡슐(capsule)이나 분말약제용기에 이들을 수용할 수가 없으므로 제품을 장기간 저장하기가 대단히 곤란하다. 따라서 용기내에서 제품의 수명은 대단히 감소되며 특히 온화한 나라나 적도부근의 나라와 같은 대단히 습기가 많은 나라에서 대단히 감소된다.
따라서 지금까지 진공포장장치와 같은 기계적 장치를 사용하나 포장수단에 있어서의 비용증가가 일반적으로 약제 자체로는 그 가격이 매우 저렴한 제품의 판매력을 억제한다.
특히 약제가 수화된 염화칼슘(CaCl2, 6H2O)이나 수화된 황산마그네슘(MgSO4, 7H2O)을 포함하는 경우가 바로 상술된 바의 경우이다.
실제로 이러한 물질들은 대기상에서 대단히 조해성이 있으므로 만일 이들을 단단한 캡슐(capsule)내에 어떠한 보호없이 방치한다면 이러한 물질은 변질되고 캡슐이나 분말 약제용기은 연질화되어 별수없이 더이상 복용할 수 없는 약제를 버려야만 하게 된다. 물분자를 함유하는 활성 생성물내에 건조 또는 탈수분말을 도입하는 것이 고려되었고 또한 이러한 효과를 위하여 활석분말같은 것이 사용되어 왔으나 이러한 물질들은 두 가지의 주요한 단점 즉 광물질이 도입되어 체내의 위나 장의 pH 상에 작용을 한다는 점과 활성물질이 건조제 또는 탈수제를 흡수함으로써 인체에 대한 활성물질의 유용성을 떨어뜨린다는 점이다.
따라서 본 발명의 총체적인 목적은 상술한 단점들을 극복할 수 있는 대단히 큰 조해성을 가진 생성물을 포함한 안정한 분말을 제조하는 새롭고 유용한 방법을 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명에 따르면 보다 많은 물분자를 가진 물질은 예컨데 건조한 이스트(yeast)같은 건조한 고은 유기분말의 존재하에서 미세한 분말로 된다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 방법으로부터 얻은 제품을 포함한다.
본 발명의 다른 특징에 따르면 미세한 분말로 되어질 결정상태의 조행성 생성물 중량 12부에 입자가 매우 미세하고 건조한 이스트 중량 1부의 비율을 가한다.
본 발명의 또다른 특징에 따르면 미세한 분말로 되어질 결정상태의 조해성 생성물 중량 3부에 입자가 매우 미세하고 건조한 이스트 중량 1부의 비율을 가한다.
본 발명의 다른 목적과 특징은 다음의 세부저인 기술로부터 명확하게 될 것이다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 분자내에 보다 많은 물분자를 함유한 물질을 예컨데 건조한 이스트, 죽은 배종, 소맥분, 분유, 육분, 어분이나 기타 유기분말인 무수의 건조한 분말의 존재하에 미세한 분말로 만드는 방법에 관한 것이다.
건조한 이스트는 비타민이 풍부하고 체내 기관에 유용한 생물학적 제품인 식용 유기물이다. 실험에 따라 조해성 물질과 유기분말간의 비는 15 : 1-2 : 1이 적당하다.
[제조방법의 실시예 1]
120kg의 결정화된 MgSO4, 7H2O를 매우 미세한 분말로 된 10kg의 건조한 이스트의 존재하에 곱게 분말화시킨다(즉, 12 : 1의 중량비).
수득한 혼합물은 단단한 캡슐내로 완전히 분산시키고 환약상자내에 수년간 보관할 수 있다.
[실시예 2]
120kg의 결정화된 CaCl2, 6H2O를 매우 미세한 분말로 된 40kg의 건조한 이스트(3 : 1의 중량비)의 존재하에 곱게 분말화시키고 수득한 혼합물은 단단한 캡슐내로 분산시키고 환약상자내에 수년간 보관할 수 있다.
분쇄단계는 당해 분야에서 사용되고 있는 어떤 적당한 장치로 실시된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 약제를 분쇄하는 단계를 포함하여 단단한 캡슐내애 배포될 분말이 약제 분자내의 과다한 물분자로하여 조해되어 부적절함으로부터 안정된 분말을 제조함에 있어서, 안정하며 단단한 캡슐내에 용이하게 저장될 수 있는 미세하고 균일한 분말제품을 만들기 위해 분쇄단계를 미세하며 건조한 유기분말의 존재하에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분자내에 보다 많은 물을 포함하는 물질과 유기분말을 15 : 1-2 : 1의 비율로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 미세하게 분쇄될 결정상태의 조해성 생성물 중량 32부에 입자가 매우 미세하고 건조한 이스트 중량 1부의 비율을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 미세하게 분쇄될 결정상태의 조해성 생성물 중량 3부에 입자가 매우 미세하고 건조한 이스트 중량 1부의 비율을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유기분말을 건조한 이스트, 죽은 배종, 소맥분, 분유, 육분, 어분과 기타 식료품과 같은 유기분말로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 유기분말을 건조한 이스트, 죽은 배종, 소맥분, 분유, 육분, 어분과 기타 식료품과 같은 유기분말로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 유기분말을 건조한 이스트, 죽은 배종, 소맥분, 분유, 육분,어분과 기타 식료품과 같은 유기물분말로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
