Claims (22)

  1. 말레인아미드산류를 물과 공비가능한 유기용매중에서 산촉매존재하에 120°내지 250℃의 반응 온도에서, 생성수를 이 유기용매와의 혼합물로서 계외로 제거시키면서 고리화 이미드화시킨 후, 정제함으로써 된 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 180°내지 250℃인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 반응온도가 200°내지 250℃인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고리화이미드화반응이 아연, 크롬, 코발트, 니켈, 철, 알루미늄 및 팔라듐으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 금속함유 화합물과 안정제의 공존하에 120°내지 250℃에서 행해지는 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 산촉매가 말레인아미드산에 대하여 2-80몰% 사용되어서 된 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산촉매가 황산, 무수황산, p-톨루엔술폰산, 오르로인산, 메타인산과 피로인산으로 부터 선택된 1종 이상의 산인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 금속함유 화합물이 아연함유 화합물인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 금속함유 화합물이 초산염인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 안정제가 퀴논류, 페놀류, 티오디프로피온산에스테르류, 디티오카르바민산염류, 살리실산염류, 알탄화디페닐아민류, 페노티아딘류, 메르캅토이미다졸류와 트리페닐포스페이트류로 부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 금속함유 화합물의 양이 말레인아미드산 100몰에 대하여 금속으로서 0.005∼0.5몰이고, 또 안정제의 양이 0.005∼0.5몰인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 정제가 조말레이드류에 말레인아미드산류에 대하여 1중량%이상의 유기산 또는 무기산을 첨가하고, 5°내지 100℃에서 처리후, 얻어진 유기층을 수세처리하여 수용성 혼재물을 제거함으로써된 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 유기산 또는 무기산이 오르토인산, 피로인산, 황산, 무수황산, 발연황산, 메탄술폰산, 클로로술폰산, 클로로말레인산, 파라톨루엔술폰산과 트리플루오로 부터 선택된 1종 이상의 산인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 산이 술폰산류, 황산, 무수황산과 발연황산으로 부터 선택된 것인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 산의 첨가량이 말레인아미드산에 대하여 1내지 30중량%인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 수세가 원료말레인아미드산류에 대하여 1∼5배의 물을 사용하여 행해지는 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 정제한 조말레이드류를 수세한 후, 안정제의 존재하에 증류함으로써 된 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 안정제의 양은 조말레이드류에 대하여 10ppm(중량)이상인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 안정제의 양은 조말레이드류에 대하여 100∼2000ppm(중량)인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 수세는 조말레이드류중의 산분이 0.5중량% 이하로 될때까지 행해지는 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 안정제는 퀴논류, 페놀류, 티오디프로피온산에스테르류, 디티오카르바민산염류, 살리실산염류, 알킬화디페닐아민류, 페노티아딘류, 메르캅토이미다졸류와 트리페닐포스페이트류로 부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 안정제가 디티오카르바민산 염인 말레이드류의 제조방법.
