  1. 발광 다이오드 소자를 판넬기판상에서 직접제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단색 및 다색 발광다이오드 평면표시 장치의 판넬제조 방법.
  2. 제 1항에서 표시장치의 판넬기판을 산화규소로 하는 발광다이오드 평면 표시장치의 판넬제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에서 광 차폐용 흑색수지를 사용하여 만드는 발광다이오드 평면 표시장치의 판넬제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에서 평면표시장치 중에서 정진극 연결용 투명전극을 사용하여 만드는 발광 다이오드 평면표시장치의 판넬제조 방법.
