Claims (2)
- Bak-xMx O k</SB TIO 2(단, M은 Mg,Zn,Sr, 및 Ca의 적어도 1종의 금속, k는 1.0∼1.04의 범위의 값, x는 0.02∼0.05의 범위의 값)로 이루어지는 100중량부의 기본성분과, 25∼90몰의 B2O3와 10∼75몰%의 SiO2로 이루어지는 0.2 10.0중량부의 첨가성분과의 혼합물질을 소성해서되는 유전체세라믹조성물.
- Bak-XMXOkTiO2(단, M은 Mg,Zn,Sr, 및 Ca의 적어도 1종의 금속, k는 1.0∼1.04의 범위의 값, x는 0.02∼0.05의 범위의 값)로 이루어지는 100중량부의 기본성분과, B2O3와 SiO2와 MO(단, MO는 BaO,MgO,ZnO,SrO 및 CaO 내의 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)로 이루어지는 0.2∼10.0중량부의 첨가성분과의 혼합물질을 소성한 것이며, 또 B2O3와 SiO2와 MO와의 조성범위가, 이들의 조성을 몰%로 표시하는 3각도에 있어서, B2O3가 15몰%, SiO2가 25몰%, MO가 60몰%의 조성을 표시하는 제1의 점(A)와, B2O3가 30몰%, SiO2가 1몰%, MO가 69몰%의 조성을 표시하는 제2의 점(B)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 1몰%, MO가 9몰%의 조성을 표시하는 제3의 점(C)와, B2O3가 89몰%, SiO2가 10몰%, MO가 1몰%의 조성을 표시하는 제4의 점(D)와, B2O3가 24몰%, SiO2가 75몰%, MO가 1몰%의 조성을 표시하는 제5의 점(E)와, 를 순차로 연결하는 5개의 직선으로 둘러쌓인 영역내로 되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 유전체 세라믹조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
