Claims (9)

  1. 보강제를, 알칼리금속 수산화물로 처리하여 수용성형태로 전환시킨 60/40내지 40/60의 부타디엔/메타크릴산 분산라텍스와, 90:10내지 99:1의 건조보강재 대 분산라텍스 고체의 비로 초기에 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 고무라텍스중의 보강재혼합물을 교반시키고 분산시킴으로써 라텍스고무와 보강재를 혼합하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 건조 보강제가 카본블랙인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 건조 보강재가 카본블랙이며, 건조카본블랙대 분산라텍스 고체의 비가 95 : 5내지 98:2인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 분산라텍스중의 부타이엔대 메타크릴산의 비가 50/50인 방법.
  5. 보강제-안료를, 알칼리금속 수산화물로 처리하여 수용성형태로 전화시킨 부타디엔/메타크릴산분산라텍스와, 90 :10내지 99 :1의 건조 보강재-안료대 라텍스 고체의 비로 초기에 접촉시킨 후, 보강재-안료-부타디엔/메타크릴산 혼합물을, 통상적인 조건하에서 통상적인 양으로, 강화시킬 고무라텍스에 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 보강재-안료 고무라텍스 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 건조보강재가 카본블랙인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 건조보강재가 카본블랙이며, 건조카본블랙 대 분산라텍스 고체의 비가 95 : 5내지 98 : 2인 방법.
