Claims (8)
- 그 안료가 부가적으로 염기성 알루미늄 설페이트로 일차 코팅되며 금속수산화물과 폴리실옥산 또는 지방산 혼합물로 이차 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하며 베르린 블루(Berlin blue)가 운모판상에 점착되는 분산성 베르린 블루 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속수산화물이 알루미늄 또는 아연 수산화물임을 특징으로 하는 안료.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 부각적 코팅제가 총 안료의 약 0.1이하 내지 약 12중량% 이하로 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 지방산이 10 내지 20 탄소수의 모노염기성 지방산임을 특징으로 하는 안료.
- 수성 현탁액중의 운모가 시아노페레이트와 철염용액으로 처리되며 필요하다면 산화되고 베르린 블루로 코팅된 그 산출운모 안료가 분리되어 세척 건조되며 운모가 베르린 블루로 코팅된 후 우선 그 현탁액에 알루미늄염과 설페이트와 염기가 부가되고 약간의 용성 수산화물을 생성하는 금속염 용액과 폴리실옥산용액 또는 지방산의 알카리 금속염이 동시에 부가된 후 그 안료가 분리되어 세척 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산성 베르린 블루 안료의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 염기가 요소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 금속염이 알루미늄 또는 아연염을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지방산이 10 내지 20탄소수의 모노염기성 카르복실산을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
