Claims (17)

  1. 약 0.5 내지 35중량%(조성물 중량기준)의 프탈산의 알킬리 금속염과 약 0.005 내지 25.0중량%(조성물 중량 기준)의 증량제로 이루어진 열간 단조용 수성 윤활제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.0005 내지 0.1중량%(조성물 중량기준)의 살균제가 첨가된 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기염이 약 5 내지 35중량%로 함유된 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.05 내지 50중량%의 윤활성 강화제가 첨가된 조성물.
  5. 제5항에 있어서, 약 0.005 내지 5.0중량%의 계면 활성제가 첨가된 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속이 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 리튬인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 증량제가 폴리머인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 증량제가 하이드록시에틸셀룰로즈인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.05 내지 5.0중량%의 부식방지제가 첨가된 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, pH가 약 5 내지 10인 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, pH가 약 7 내지 8인 조성물.

  15. 뜨거운 단조다이를 약 0.5 내지 35중량%(조성물 중량기준)의 프탈산의 알칼리금속염이 함유된 수성 윤활제 조성물로 처리하고 금속을 다이사이에 넣은후 다이를 압력을 가해 닫고 이어서 다이를 열어 단조된 금속을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 금속의 열간 단조법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 조성물에 약 0.005 내지 25.0중량%(조성물 중량기준)의 증량제가 함유된 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 윤활제 조성물을 분부방법으로 다이에 사용하는 방법.
